Software for Educational Use. 5.1 Software for educational use may neither directly nor indirectly be used for commercial, professional, or other profit- oriented purposes. 5.2 If the software license is purchased as software for educational use for students, this XXXX will apply according to the terms below: 5.3 Software for educational use licenses are issued only to the persons listed in Section 1. Students therefore have to be actively enrolled in at least one course at an entitled educational institution listed in Section 1. If the Educational Use Software is explicitly intended for established educational purposes, Hyperganic grants you the right to use this Educational Use Software only for these established educational purposes.   • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.
