Special Evaluations. Additional use may be made of the evaluation procedure at the discretion of the administration, i.e. - to document outstanding performance, to document close supervision following an unsatisfactory evaluation, at the request of the employee, or upon employee resignation. The procedure followed for special evaluations shall be the same as annual evaluations.
