Special Events Coverage. The district requires the event holder to purchase a special event liability policy for the event, and to name the district as an additional insured on the policy. The event holder should provide the district with a certificate insurance outlining the coverage limits and that the district has been named as an additional insured on the policy. Minimum coverage limits of $1,000,0000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate should be purchased. The requesting organization agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the District, inclusive of its employees, administration, board of trustees, and insurers form any and all civil liability involving any and all forms of injury except those that may arise as a result of willful, wanton or reckless conduct by the District or its agents adding unwarranted danger to participation in such event. The requesting organization understands that the District will take all reasonable precautions to insure the risk of injury to individuals accessing the facilities or grounds is minimized. However, even though these precautions are taken there is still a chance of injury, and in rare instances even severe injury and death. The requesting organization understands the risks involved. The School District DOES NOT provide medical insurance for any individuals who choose to access and use the facilities.
Special Events Coverage. Special Events Coverage is available to the Lessee through the Village’s insurer for an additional fee to provide liability insurance required by this Agreement. Lessee can obtain additional information and cost from the Village.

Special Events Coverage. ICP shall cover the NCAA Division 1-A Bowl Games, including team-by team reports on bowl teams on a weekly basis until their bowl game is concluded. ICP shall also provide in-depth analysis of the Kick-Off Classic, Pigskin Classic, Blue-Xxxx Game, East-West Shrine, Senior Bowl and Hula Bowl.
Special Events Coverage. The Contractorshall, upon request by the Columbia County School Board, provide dedicated stand-by coverage for all varsity home football games at no charge to Columbia County or the Columbia County School District. Any additional services made available by the Contractor to the School District shall be extrinsic to this Agreement. The Contractor understands and agrees that standby and special events coverage may be provided by other ambulance services holding a COPCN within Columbia County, and that the County may issue additional COPCN’s to meet demand for such services.

Special Events Coverage. Lessee pays herewith the sum of $85.00, which shall be paid to the “Diocese of Corpus Christias required for liability coverage. Whenever a parish or other church institution is allowing and individual/organization to use its facilities for a non-parish sponsored activity the diocese mandates that event coverage be purchased. This coverage fee is in addition to, and separate from the rental and security deposit fee.
Special Events Coverage. SmartPark garage patronage is typically impacted by special events held in the central or core parts of the City that may require additional security services. Additional events may be planned throughout the year and staffing requirements will be addressed with the Contractor as the need arises.

  • Termination of Coverage This Contract may be terminated as follows:

  • Continuation of Coverage If your coverage is terminated, you may be eligible to continue your coverage in accordance with state or federal law. In accordance with R.I. General Laws §. 27-19.1, if your employment is terminated due to one of the following reason, your healthcare coverage may be continued, provided that you continue to pay the applicable premiums. • Involuntary layoff or death; • The workplace ceasing to exist; or • Permanent reduction in size of the workforce. The period of this continuation will be for up to eighteen (18) months from your termination date, but not to exceed the period of continuous employment preceding termination with your employer. The continuation period will end for any person covered under your policy on the date the person becomes employed by another group and is eligible for benefits under that group’s plan.

  • Termination of Covenants The covenants set forth in this Section 5, except for Subsections 5.5 and 5.6, shall terminate and be of no further force or effect upon the earliest to occur of: (i) immediately before the consummation of the IPO; (ii) when the Company first becomes subject to the periodic reporting requirements of Section 12(g) or 15(d) of the Exchange Act; or (iii) upon a Deemed Liquidation Event, as such term is defined in the Restated Certificate.
