Prices Shall Be Fixed and Firm For 12 Months – Groups 1-5: The prices proposed by the vendor under this contract shall remain fixed and frim for one year after the commencement of the contract. Thereafter, the County will consider yearly adjustments based on the Producer Price Index (PPI) Commercial Printing as published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Washington, D.C.

Special Notes/Instructions. 1. While the County has listed all major types of canines and/or training within this solicitation which are utilized by County departments in conjunction with their operations, there may be other breeds of canines or training that must be purchased by the County during the term of this contract. Under these circumstances, a County representative will contact the pre-qualified bidder(s) to obtain a price quote for the type of canine required.

The notice must refer to Chapter 27, Property Code and must describe the construction defect. If requested by the Contractor, you must provide the Contractor an opportunity to inspect and cure the defect as provided by Section 27.004, Property Code. OF RECORD IN THE REAL PROPERTY RECORDS OF THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE PROPERTY IS SITUATED.
