SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SERVICES. In performing the services, the consultant shall provide, without limitation, the following:
SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SERVICES. The Services that DFW may ask Consultant to provide under this Agreement include, but are not limited to:
a) Use database approved by Owner for requesting, tracking, managing and reporting test results.
b) Inspecting and testing construction materials and practices to determine whether or not the characteristics and qualities used in construction comply with the applicable contact documents.
c) Performing and recording materials tests in accordance with the most current ASTM test method standards.
d) Provide and maintain a full subscription to the latest and updated ASTM standards. This will include full online access.
e) Performing other required management and administrative functions necessary to provide Services, including:
i) developing and implementing project procedures;
ii) preparing estimates and budgets;
iii) planning and scheduling projects and
iv) performing any other related Services necessary to control costs, schedule, and quality of the services provided to multiple projects.
f) Submitting to Board for review, approval and/or execution Delivery Orders, Work Orders; progress payments; and any other project related documents that may be required.
g) Reporting in writing monthly, or as directed, on the status, activities and trends of specific projects.
h) Preparing Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reports and documents pertaining to Services eligible for FAA grant funds.
i) Establishing and implementing a comprehensive cost control program which will be mutually agreed to by Board and Consultant with the objective of maintaining constant surveillance of testing costs, and segregating charges to applicable projects.
j) Some assignments will require high frequency testing on the AOA requiring personnel and vehicle badging certified to enter the AOA. This may also require Certified Movement Area Escort (CMAE) training.
k) Establishing and maintaining a document control system to maintain complete testing Services records for applicable construction projects.
l) Providing duplicates of all documents to an identified Construction Manager (CM).
m) Holding meetings with the CM to review and resolve questionable or deficient work performed by construction contractors, assisting CM in obtaining agreement on remedial measures to be taken and recommending remedial actions to Board.
n) Issuing a monthly progress report to Board on the status activities, and progress of applicable project. Progress Report shall include a narrative report of Services ...
SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SERVICES. The selected Consultant shall provide, to the satisfaction of the Town, construction management and inspection services from the commencement date until completion of the contractor’s operations and final acceptance of the construction contractor’s work by the project manager. The selected consultant shall provide the following services to ensure that the work performed by the construction contractor conforms to the construction contract and the standard specifications and is coordinated with utilities. The respondent is requested to provide a detailed proposal based on the following scope of services. SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SERVICES. A. Lobby and Corridors: Daily Service
1. Sweep and clean building entrances.
2. Clean and remove smudges from entry door glass.
3. Polish all entry handles, door plates and metal trim.
4. Wipe clean all glass, wood, or metal doors and door jambs.
5. Empty all ashtrays, wipe clean, and polish.
6. Empty all trash receptacles, clean container with clean, damp cloth, and replace plastic liner. (Manager supplies liners).
7. Remove all debris from landscaped pots and planters. (report any thefts, broken pots or missing plants).
8. Dust and clean all horizontal surfaces under seven feet.
9. Dust mop and damp mop entry floors.
10. Clean and remove smudges and marks on walls, wall coverings, and artwork.
11. Clean, polish and straighten all furniture as needed.
12. Wipe clean all directory boards (exterior) with clean, soft cloth using glass cleaner that is considered safe and not labeled as hazardous waste.
13. Wipe clean all fire extinguisher cabinets and glass. (report broken glass or missing extinguishers).
14. Clean and polish all elevator doors, jambs, call plates, and hall lanterns.
15. Clean, polish and straighten all furniture as needed.
16. Dust and clean all lobby and corridor signage.
17. Report any lights burned out.
18. Secure all doors and turn off appropriate lights upon completion of work assignments.
B. Lobbies and Corridors - Weekly Service
1. Clean and polish all entry metal and xxxxx.
2. Dust and clean or polish all baseboards.
3. Spot clean all carpeted areas.
4. Dust all ledges and exit signs.
5. Dust all walls above seven feet.
6. Clean inside of directory board with clean soft cloth.
C. Lobbies and Corridors - Monthly Service
1. Clean all ceiling vents and grills.
2. Dust high ceiling corners and entry ways.
3. Dust and clean light fixtures and covers (interior and exterior).
4. Clean and treat all wood paneling and furniture as requested.
5. Strip, reseal or re-wax common area floors as necessary.
6. Shampoo carpet areas as necessary.
7. Dust and clean all fire lobby doors inside and out.
8. Polish door floor plates.
D. Offices - Daily Service:
1. Remove hand spots or smudges from entry doors.
2. Using a dustless mop, damp mop all non-carpeted areas.
3. Vacuum and spot clean carpets in all traffic areas, removing staples and other debris.
4. Properly position furniture, books and magazines in reception areas.
5. Properly position furniture in offices and conference rooms.
6. Blackboards will be erased/chalk boards cleaned upon request only...
SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SERVICES. Rover patrols shall be made on an hourly basis. Patrols will perform the following duties:
A. Check property and report any broken windows, vandalism, etc.

a) Master Planning Services: These Services may include, but not be limited to:
i) Developing Airport Master Plans that are in compliance with federal regulations and requirements;
ii) Developing and / or updating Airport Layout Plans and Future Airport Layout Plans; and
iii) Developing targeted area master plans that may be focused on Airport functional areas, such as Cargo, hangar development, maintenance etc.
SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SERVICES. The scope of services is outlined below, supplemented by the attached Landscape Architectural services proposal for Xxxxxx + Xxxxxxx Design Studio Inc. Stantec’s design phase services shall consist of utility notifications and coordination (requirement for the landscape permit package) and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans based on applicable FDOT indexes.
SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SERVICES. The snow removal and ice control services shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: • Snow plowing; • Ice control; • Salting; • The removal of snow if it accumulates in large amounts; and • Repair of damage done to sidewalks and the parking lot if done by snowplows. While the Parties agree these services will be provided on an “as needed” basis, the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts and/or Public Works Department shall have the right to begin the above services without first receiving any authorization from the Township.
