SPECIAL PAY PROVISIONS. 1. Per diem pay for time worked outside the normal school year shall be paid on the next regularly scheduled pay day with a minimum of seven (7) days processing time in advance. 2. If a secondary teacher shall teach more than the normal teaching periods as part of the extra duties detailed in the individual contract, he/she shall receive additional compensation prorated to 1/6 his/her pay. The acceptance of the additional teaching assignment will be voluntary.
