Special Salary Pool for Outside Offers of Employment and Merit Recognition. The CSU Administration may raise the salary of a bargaining unit faculty member beyond negotiated levels to retain a faculty member or to counter bona fide offers of employment. Funds for such increases shall be in addition to those detailed in the general salary package negotiated within this Agreement.
