Salary Package definition

Salary Package means the annual anticipated gross remuneration package for a Placement, which includes gross annual salary, applicable benefits for which there is a cash equivalent paid to the Candidate, profit share, commission, bonus, living allowances, travel allowances, overseas allowances and joining inducements. For the purposes of calculating Placement Fees, the provision of a car to the Candidate is valued at £5,000 per annum.
Salary Package means the anticipated gross remuneration package payable to the Candidate in the first year of their employment which includes gross annual salary, applicable benefits (including superannuation), commission, bonuses, allowances, joining inducements and the costs of the provision and maintenance of a motor vehicle to or for the benefit of the Candidate.

Salary Package means the base salary, plus the 10% all incidents allowance. The salary package excludes the Superannuation Guarantee component and the annual leave loading.
