Common use of Specific Leaves of Absence Clause in Contracts

Specific Leaves of Absence. (1) Leave for Sickness The Company will grant leave of absence where an employee is absent from work due to sickness established by reasonable medical evidence. Such leave of absence shall not be unreasonably terminated. It is understood by both parties that such leaves of absence shall not be for an unlimited period of time.
