Approval of the Heritage at Xxxxxx HD-RO CD Sketch Plan confers approval upon land uses, preliminary site plans, setbacks, buffers, general arrangement of improvements upon the lot, deviation list, and development standards governing development upon the site. Approval of specific Site and Design Plans for roadway design, drainage, landscaping, and final lot layout shall be conferred during Design Review and Approval.
