Design Review and Approval. Development Plans and Development Agreement for the Project HD-CO CD, shall receive review and approval pursuant to the process outlined in the Administration Section of the Xxxxxx Heritage District Form-Based Code as adopted January 11, 2022. Preliminary site & civil design plans. The approval of a rezoning master/site plan shall be considered equal to the approval of a sketch plan, described in the Subdivision Chapter, pursuant to § 150.050. Within one year of the approval, preliminary site and civil design plans shall be prepared to meet the requirements of CHAPTER 150, Appendix 1 and receive review and approval pursuant to § 150.050.
Design Review and Approval. Development of the Property shall be subject to review by the County’s Technical Review Committee, as applicable, as set forth in the UDO.

Design Review and Approval. (a) The Consultant shall review the design documents, calculations, drawings and reports submitted by the contractor(s) to assess compliance with the respective contract requirements, specifications, relevant standards and codes, and good engineering practice.
(b) The Consultant shall manage the design review process and interface with the respective contractor(s) to seek resolution of any issues identified and shall provide comments and approvals on the contractor design submissions, as appropriate.
(c) Where appropriate, the Consultant shall provide advice or make recommendations to the Client on the contractor design submissions, including highlighting any opportunities for optimisation and cost saving.
(d) The Consultant shall report to the Client on any non-compliance of the design likely to cause material delay or other adverse consequences to the Project.
(e) The Consultant shall ensure that the design documents are reviewed, commented upon and returned to the contractor(s) within the time stipulated in the respective contract(s).
Design Review and Approval. 1) Approval of design plans for rehabilitation and reconstruction to ensure compliance with all Program, federal, state, and local building standards and requirements.
2) Provide design plans for two, three, and four-bedroom homes to be used under Solution 1. Plans must have alternatives to ensure ADA compliance and meet the California Building Standards Code. Plans must also have California Building Standards Code, Title 24, Chapter 7A listed building alternatives to meet Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) building codes requirements for ignition resistant construction.
3) Provide a team of licensed, bonded, and insured contractors to provide construction services for those applicants who choose Solution 1 or 2.
4) Provide the industry standard residential construction cost estimating software.
5) Subcontract with entities that have experience and expertise working with MHUs. This experience should include, but not be limited to site preparation, installation of new, compliant MHUs, and all site work and compliance with local codes and permitting requirements.
6) Oversee program operations and administration related to the construction management services to meet the performance measures, and timelines prescribed for all program solutions.
7) Provide status reports to HCD that reflect the major activities for the reporting period as specified by HCD-DRS for internal reporting related to project milestones and HUD-related reporting (e.g. monthly, quarterly).
8) Communicate proposed quality assurance/quality control procedures and potential program risks, issues, statuses, recommendations, and resolutions to HCD.
9) Track and complete inventory of all items purchased with program funds or provided by HCD.
10) Scale staff to efficiently run the Program.
11) Coordinate with HCD-DRS and other external entities, to conduct research and provide information related to the program.
Design Review and Approval. All design submittals required to be submitted by Artist for review must be reviewed and approved by VTA prior to issuance of any notices of approval and/or notices to proceed. City will manage this review on behalf of Artist. VTA may direct City to amend review procedure outlined in this Exhibit to combine design review phases. City will communicate such requests to Artist. Such a request shall not shorten the Schedule of Performance, as set forth in Exhibit B, for design development (Part 4 – Part 9 of Exhibit A) unless mutually agreed to by Artist.

Design Review and Approval. Development shall be subject to review by the Town’s Commercial Design Review Board as set forth in the Current Regulations attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Design Review and Approval. In order to achieve continuity and compatibility of architecture, landscaping, and site development, all plans and specifications pertaining to building and site design (including subsequent alterations and additions) shall be subject to review and prior written approval by the Grantors and such owners or their successors. Plans to be submitted for approval shall include (a) the plans required for Site Plan Review as specified in the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Law (including site layout, utilities, drainage, lighting, parking, signage, and landscaping), (b) Building Design Plans and Specifications for building materials, colors, finishes, architectural treatments and rooflines, (c) a complete set of Construction Documents, and (d) plans of any Design Revisions made subsequent to approval of Construction Documents. Such plans shall conform to the master development plans for Forge Park (master drainage, definitive subdivision, and utility infrastructure plans) except with written consent from the Grantors and such owners or such successors. Application for site plan review by the Town of Franklin shall not be made until Site Plan Review plans have been approved by the Grantors and such owners or such successors. Application for a Building Permit shall not be made until Building Design Plans and Specifications and Construction Documents have been approved by the Grantors and such owners or such successors. The design review process is intended to facilitate the development and coordination of building plans in addition to the enforcement of these protective restrictions. All plans shall be reviewed by the Grantors and such owners or such successors within thirty (30) days from submission. Upon completion of construction in accordance with approved plans, the Grantors and such owners or such successors, upon request, shall execute an instrument in recordable form approving such construction.
Design Review and Approval. The DISTRICT will furnish review copies to the CITY at each design phase. Acceptance of the design by the DISTRICT and the CITY will form the conceptual basis for further development of the design package. The acceptance of the 60 percent design package by the DISTRICT and the CITY will define the basic parameters of the final PROJECT design documents. Technical specifications will be provided for review at the 60 and 100 percent levels.
