SSA e7B Extension File. A. The SSA e7B Extension File is the only authorized file for official personnel records which may be maintained by a supervisor. B. The SSA e7B Extension Files will be screened and purged annually and outdated material shall be removed. Records shall be retained only as long as such administrative need exists. C. Employees shall be advised of the nature and purpose of their personnel folder, SSA e7B Extension File, and of their locations. Employees shall be notified and given a photocopy of any material placed in the SSA e7B Extension File within three (3) working days. Employees who review their official personnel file may request a copy of material not routinely furnished them. Employees should acknowledge receipt by signature. It is understood such acknowledgment does not constitute agreement with the contents. D. Memory joggers are notes or diaries maintained by a supervisor with regard to his or her work unit on employees and are not official records, but merely an extension of the supervisor's memory. 1. Such notes or diaries, to the extent that they contain personal observations on individual employees, must be maintained in a secure and private manner and will not be disclosed to any unauthorized person or placed in the SSA e7B Extension File. In those cases where an employee ceases to be supervised by an individual, the personal notes of the supervisor shall not be transferred to the employee's new supervisor. 2. Such notes or diaries may not be used as documentary evidence in a disciplinary action, adverse action, or action based on unacceptable performance unless a copy is provided to the employee within ten (10) days of the date they are recorded. The employee will be given an opportunity to comment, orally and/or in writing, on any such copy provided to the employee.

SSA e7B Extension File. A. Except as specifically authorized by this agreement the SSA-e7B Extension File, or subsequent successor technology, is the only authorized file for personnel records, which may be maintained by a supervisor(s). B. The file will be screened and purged, normally in February, but no later than March each year and outdated material shall be removed and returned to the employee. C. Records shall be retained in accordance with applicable records retention periods or as long as an administrative need exists. D. Employees shall be advised of the nature and purpose of their SSA-e7B Extension File or subsequent successor technology. Employees shall be notified of any material placed in the SSA-e7B Extension File or subsequent successor technology within three (3) working days. Employees should acknowledge receipt by electronic or digital signature, or email their supervisor that they decline to sign. It is understood such acknowledgment does not constitute agreement with the contents. It is understood an employee may request and, within reason, receive additional copies at any time. Employees will be allowed to enter into their SSA-e7B file or subsequent successor technology, additional information or documents, within reason, that are appropriate, relevant, work related and that are not in violation of law or government-wide rules or regulations.

  • Contract Extension The City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally exercise an option to extend the Contract as described in the Contract Documents. In addition, the City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally extend the Contract on a month-to-month basis following contract expiration if authorized under Charter section 99 and the Contract Documents. Contractor shall not increase its pricing in excess of the percentage increase described in the Contract.

  • EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires December 5, 2024, unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference. This Contract allows up to five additional one-year extensions upon the request of Sourcewell and written agreement with Contractor. Sourcewell retains the right to consider additional extensions beyond six years as required under exceptional circumstances.

  • Enhanced Extended Links (EELs) 5.3.1 EELs are combinations of Loops and Dedicated Transport as defined in this Attachment, together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those Network Elements. BellSouth shall provide CCI with EELs where the underlying Network Element are available and are required to be provided pursuant to this Agreement and in all instances where the requesting carrier meets the eligibility requirements, if applicable. 5.3.2 High-capacity EELs are (1) combinations of Loop and Dedicated Transport, (2) Dedicated Transport commingled with a wholesale loop, or (3) a loop commingled with wholesale transport at the DS1 and/or DS3 level as described in 47 C.F.R. § 51.318(b). 5.3.3 By placing an order for a high-capacity EEL, CCI thereby certifies that the service eligibility criteria set forth herein are met for access to a converted high-capacity EEL, a new high-capacity EEL, or part of a high-capacity commingled EEL as a UNE. BellSouth shall have the right to audit CCI’s high-capacity EELs as specified below.

  • Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018.   • Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall test the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades and Developer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Developer Attachment Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.
