Staff Amenities. The employer shall provide for the use of employees:
(i) A suitable changing room and adequate washing and toilet facilities;
(ii) A locker or other suitable place for the safe keeping of clothing and personal effects of such employee;

27.1 A suitable changing room and adequate washing and toilet facilities;
27.2 A full-length locker fitted with lock and key or other suitable place for the safe keeping of clothing and personal effects of such employee;
27.3 An employer shall provide for an employee morning and afternoon tea, supper and early morning tea (which shall include tea or coffee together with milk and sugar) when the employee is on duty, at times appropriate for the partaking thereof, and shall provide also for such an employee, who requires them, meals of a reasonable standard, which fall due during the duty period, and for such meals so provided may make a charge, provided that the charge for breakfast shall be the sum set out in Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part B, Monetary Rates and the sum set out in Table 2 for other meals.

(b) The employer shall provide for employees morning and afternoon tea, supper and early morning tea (which shall include tea or coffee, together with milk and sugar).
(c) Where an employee requests, the employer shall provide an employee with meals of a reasonable standard. The employer may make a charge, provided that the charge for breakfast shall be the sum set out in Item 14 of Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and the sum set out in Item 15 of the said Table 2 for other meals.
Staff Amenities. The employer shall provide for the use of employees:
34.1 A suitable changing room and adequate washing and toilet facilities;
34.2 A full-length locker fitted with lock and key or other suitable place for the safe keeping of clothing and personal effects of such employee;
34.3 The facility provides morning and afternoon tea, supper and early morning tea when an employee is on duty. These provisions include tea, coffee, milk, sweet biscuits, savory crackers and bread. Margarine and condiments are also available for use on the bread and crackers.
34.4 Employees are provided with meals of a reasonable standard when theatre is in progress. This is dictated by work flow and list times.
34.5 Meals will be provided in the following situations:
(1) Lunch will be provided for employees who are working all day on morning and afternoon shifts while lists are in running.
(2) Lunch will be provided for employees working a morning shift if the list finishes after 11am.
(3) Dinner will be provided for employees on an evening shift if the list finishes after 6pm.
(4) If there is no theatre in progress, no meal will be provided.
(5) Employees commencing at 1pm are not entitled to partake if lunch has been provided for morning or all day employees.
34.6 In the absence of any meals provided in clause 34 - Staff Amenities, employees shall be paid an allowance as per Table 2 - Items 10 and 11 per occasion.

The charges referred to in this subclause are to be adjusted in accordance with the movement in wage rates following State Wage Case decisions. The employers are entitled to set prices for meals at a level to cover labour and ingredient costs.

(ii) An employer will provide a secure area which may include a locker for the keeping of personal effects of such employee in each xxxx area.
(iii) An employer shall provide for an employee morning and afternoon tea, supper and early morning tea (which shall include tea or coffee together with milk and sugar) when the employee is on duty, at times appropriate for the partaking thereof, and shall provide also for such an employee, who requires them, meals of a reasonable standard, which fall due during the duty period, and for such meals so provided may make a charge, provided that the charge for breakfast shall be the sum set out in Item 17 of Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part B, Monetary Rates and the sum set out in Item 18 of Table 2 for other meals. The charges referred to in this subclause are to be adjusted in accordance with the movement in Consumer Price Index All Groups Weighted Average eight (8) Capital Cities. The employers are entitled to set prices for meals at a level to cover labour and ingredient costs.

Staff Amenities. 53.1. Warrigal will provide for the use of employees:
a) A suitable changing room and adequate washing and toilet facilities;
b) A locker fitted with lock and key or other suitable place for the safe keeping of clothing and personal effects of such employee;
c) Tea and coffee making facilities within a designated tea room or refreshment area.
