Required Expertise. 25. The external resettlement monitoring consulting services will be undertaken by an international consulting firm with 13 person-months (5 person-months of international and 7 person-months of national consulting services).

The team should also include at least one GIS expert. having specific expertise on the following: Team Leader Master’s Degree in nature conservation, ecology or a related field; At least 10 years of practical working experience in PA management in leading positions, including active participation in habitat mapping processes Practical working experience in the development cooperation sector; particular working experience in KfW-funded projects is an asset; Practical experience in consulting and capacity building on EU habitats directive /Natura 2000 habitat identification and mapping Knowledge on international standards on PA management planning, in particular on the relevant EU Directives; as well as the Nature conservation Legislation, Practical working experience in PAs in Albania is an asset Proven communication and reporting skills; proven skills in writing PA MPs are an asset Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential. Required Expertise. 19. The external environmental monitoring consulting services will be undertaken by an international environmental consultant with a total 4 person-months input. Expert to be engaged has not been and shall not be involved in day-to-day project implementation or supervision.
Required Expertise. IThe performing organization shall identify all key personnel and explain the rationale as to why each individual is uniquely qualified to be designated as key to this work. Key personnel assigned to this work are subject to approval by the NRC Project Manager. In particular, the principal investigator must have the following: (1) be familiar with the extensive history and problems encountered by the users 'and were identified by the government since it was released, (2) be instrumental in knowing how and where to correct the'current problems that exist in the code, (3) have knowledge of how the code works and how it interfaces with a Windows environment, (4) have knowledge of how to add and expand databases and the library of radionuclides, and (5) provide continuous oversight and involvement with the product. The principal investigator is expected to spend 60 percent of the technical time devoted to the contract.
Required Expertise. 14. The project supervision consulting services will be undertaken by an international consulting firm with 4,292 person-months (458 person-months of international and 3,834 person-months of national consulting services). The PSC should have expertise shown in Table 1.
Required Expertise. Given the broad area of work, both in terms of required expertise and geographic coverage, the tenderer is encouraged to form a consortium of a number of organisations with complementary experience. Such a consortium should, however, remain manageable and flexible in size, e.g. including 4-6 firms or organisations with complementary and geographically balanced experience. The expert team should be multidisciplinary, bringing together the necessary expertise to support the work on i) analysis of policy coherence and environmental policy integration, ii) ex-post policy effectiveness analysis and iii) ex-ante policy effectiveness analysis. This could include environmental policy analysts, social and economic policy analysts, sector policy experts, spatial policy analysts, political scientists, sustainable development and governance experts, institutional analysts, etc. In addition, expertise will be required to underpin the development (content-wise) of a website on policy analysis and of web-based information gathering and analysis tools, the organisation and facilitation of participatory processes, meetings and workshops, and the development of presentations to disseminate study findings. It is expected that on average the work will require a 50/50 input from junior/senior consultants, but depending on the subject of the specific agreements this can vary. The proposed project leader should have significant experience with project management and environmental policy analysis in the EU context. He/she should be available to work on a very regular basis with EEA staff, possibly including regular periods of intra-muros work.
