STAFF NURSES WAGES. It is agreed that during the term of this Agreement for the period beginning on the effective date of this Agreement by the parties until the termination of this Agreement, the salary and fringe benefit improvements set forth herein shall be provided to eligible employees in the unit within the applicable policies and practices of the Hospital and in keeping with the conditions set forth herein and subject to the State Legislature enacting appropriations for these specific purposes.
