Staff Relocation. In the event a relocation of staff becomes necessary the following criteria shall be used to identify the employee(s) to be transferred:

The Company ensures that, in its effort to modernize and within its policy of technological innovations, it will promote, when necessary, the reallocation of the employees involved, also providing training in the new functions, respecting the specific conditions, salary tables and work regimes of these new functions. Filling Director Positions The contracts for filling Director, Management, and Advisory positions, functions not included in the Position Plans, and Foreign Technicians will not be linked to the Company's permanent staff, and the contract will be extinguished at the end of the term of office, of the mission, of the stipulated period, or of the term of office of the Manager to whom it is linked.
