Staffing for Basic Services. PARTIES shall ensure that adequate numbers of their qualified respective personnel are provided to OPSG Operations at all times during the term of this Agreement to meet the Basic Services, Scope of Services, and Standards of Service commitments set forth herein.

Staffing for Basic Services. PARTIES shall ensure that adequate numbers of their qualified respective personnel are always provided to Operations during the term of this Agreement to meet the Basic Services, Scope of Services, and Standards of Service commitments set forth herein.
Staffing for Basic Services. COUNTY through SHERIFF shall staff CITY as described in Attachment B in order to provide Law Enforcement Services. SHERIFF shall ensure that adequate numbers of qualified SHERIFF personnel are provided to CITY at all times during the term of this Agreement to meet the Law Enforcement Services, Scope of Services and Standards of Service commitments set forth herein, at no less than the staffing and classification levels established in the most current Attachment B. SHERIFF shall use best efforts to fill CITY funded position vacancies within a reasonable period of time.
Staffing for Basic Services. 1. The configuration of staffing and staffing levels will be determined annually by VTA, in collaboration with the Office of the Sheriff. Staffing configuration and levels are subject to approval by VTA’s General Manager/CEO, or his or her designee. 2. Maximum staffing levels are represented in Exhibit B-1, attached hereto. In no event will staffing levels cause the contract value to exceed the budget allocation approved by VTA for that budget year. 3. Minimum staffing levels will be no less than 80% of those depicted in Exhibit B-1. 4. County’s Designated Coordinator shall determine shift assignments and days off. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Office of the Sheriff is solely responsible for ensuring shift assignments and days off comply with requirements of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. The staffing configuration for enforcement positions will consist of 3x12 hour shifts and 4x10 hour shifts. Administrative positions will consist of 40-hour work weeks. 5. VTA shall pay for planned overtime, including court overtime, only for those hours in excess of normally scheduled hours and only when requested and agreed upon by VTA’s General Manager/CEO, or his or her designee. VTA shall pay County for all overtime hours actually worked, even if the overtime hours exceed the hours estimated in the request. The Office of the Sheriff must make timesheets available for viewing by VTA’s General Manager/CEO, or his or her designee for all unplanned overtime.

  • Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Engineer's work. Final payment for each phase shall become due and payable upon completion and approval by Owner of that phase of Engineer's work. B. Owner shall make payment for Construction Phase services not more frequently than monthly in proportion to the amount of the gross progress payments to Contractor(s). C. Owner shall make no deduction from Engineer's compensation on account of penalties, liquidated damages or other sums withheld from Contractor(s) through no fault of Engineer. D. Owner shall make payment for Construction Completion Phase services upon completion of the requirements set forth in subsections II. F. 1, 2 and 3. E. Engineer shall submit requests for payment monthly on forms provided and in a manner prescribed by Owner.

  • Subcontracting for Medicaid Services Notwithstanding any permitted subcontracting of services to be performed under this Agreement, Party shall remain responsible for ensuring that this Agreement is fully performed according to its terms, that subcontractor remains in compliance with the terms hereof, and that subcontractor complies with all state and federal laws and regulations relating to the Medicaid program in Vermont. Subcontracts, and any service provider agreements entered into by Party in connection with the performance of this Agreement, must clearly specify in writing the responsibilities of the subcontractor or other service provider and Party must retain the authority to revoke its subcontract or service provider agreement or to impose other sanctions if the performance of the subcontractor or service provider is inadequate or if its performance deviates from any requirement of this Agreement. Party shall make available on request all contracts, subcontracts and service provider agreements between the Party, subcontractors and other service providers to the Agency of Human Services and any of its departments as well as to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.

  • Specific Services Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms.   • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs.
