Evaluation Form The Union agrees that the Management Rights provision of this Agreement and Section 3-302 of the State Personnel and Pension Article confers upon the State the authority to make changes to the forms used to evaluate employees. Such changes may be implemented after notification to the Union.
Notice of Enrollment Said meeting and conferring shall not be subject to the impasse procedures in Government Code Section 3557. Enrollment Procedures The District shall establish an open enrollment period each year for unit members to participate in the Catastrophic Leave Bank. The enrollment period shall be September 1 through December 1. Once a unit member becomes a participant in the Catastrophic Leave Bank, he/she shall not be required to reenroll each year.
