Standards Consistent with Nature of Work. The Employer shall provide reasonable, safe working conditions, material and equipment consistent with accepted standards for the nature of the work performed.

Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.
Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:
CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.
Standards of Work The Contractor agrees that the performance of work and services pursuant to the requirements of this Agreement shall conform to accepted professional standards.
Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.
Inspection of Work It is FIRST PARTY's obligation to make the work product available for CITY's inspections and periodic reviews upon request by CITY.
LAYOUT OF WORK The Contractor shall lay out its Work from base lines and benchmarks indicated on the Drawings, and shall be responsible for verification of all measurements in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and preserving all stakes and other marks established by Princeton University until authorized to remove them. If such marks are destroyed by the Contractor or through its negligence before their removal is authorized, Princeton University may replace them and deduct the expense of the replacement from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor. SUBCONTRACTING OF WORK If a Contractor chooses to subcontract the scheduled work, the prime Contractor is solely responsible to ensure that the subcontractor has the necessary insurance, licenses, ability to provide the contracted services and shall adhere to all requirements stated herein.
Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.
Modification of Work Schedule When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.
