STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. The work and/or services to be provided and/or performed by the CONSULTANT and by any Sub-Consultants and/or SubContractors engaged by the CONSULTANT as set forth in the Scope of Professional Services, Exhibit "A", shall be done in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice and in accordance with the laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, policies, standards or other guidelines issued by those governmental agencies which have jurisdiction over all or a portion of this project and which are in effect at the time the COUNTY approves this Agreement, or which may subsequently be changed or revised. Any subsequent change or revision to such laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, policies, standards or other guidelines which requires the CONSULTANT to provide and/or perform work and/or services which are significantly different from that set forth in the Scope of Professional Services, Exhibit "A", shall serve as a basis for the COUNTY to consider the development and issuance of a Change Order to provide for a change to, or Additional Services to the services set forth in the Agreement.

STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide and perform the professional services set forth in this Agreement, or any Amendments hereto, in accordance with generally accepted standards of professional practice and in accordance with the laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and policies, of any governmental agencies which may regulate, or have jurisdiction over the professional services to be provided and/or performed by the CONTRACTOR, pursuant to this Agreement.
STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. The PROVIDER agrees to provide and perform all services pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with generally accepted standards of professional practice and, in accordance with the applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, and requirements of governmental agencies that regulate or have jurisdiction over the Services to be provided and performed by the PROVIDER.
STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. The work and services to be provided and/or performed by the PROFESSIONAL shall be done in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice and in accordance with the laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, policies, standards or other guidelines issued by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over all or a portion of any work performed under this Agreement in effect at the time the COUNTY executes this Agreement and/or which may subsequently be changed or revised. All final documents, reports, studies, or other data prepared by the PROFESSIONAL shall bear a professional's seal/signature in accordance with the applicable Florida Statutes and/or any applicable Administrative Rules promulgated by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (where applicable).
STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. The DEVELOPER agrees to provide and perform the construction set forth in this AGREEMENT, or any Amendments hereto, in accordance with generally accepted standards of construction practice and in accordance with the laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and policies, of any governmental agencies which may regulate, or have jurisdiction over the services to be performed by the DEVELOPER, pursuant to this AGREEMENT.

  • Professional Service Consultant agrees that all services and work performed under this agreement will be accomplished in a professional manner, in accordance with the accepted standards of Contractor’s profession.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.
