Standing Time. Extra-duty trip pay shall include standing time. If an overnight stay is required by a trip, hourly pay begins one-half (1/2) hour before driving for pre-trip check and refueling. Hourly pay end when the overnight destination is reached.

Standing Time. Contractor shall be responsible for all the time it takes Contractor to offload/transfer fuel from Contractor’s fuel trucks to County tanks at the various locations. The County will not be charged any additional fees for standing time.
Standing Time. Bus drivers on special trips, including but not limited to athletic events, field trips and extracurricular trips, who are required to remain on standby for the duration of the event for which the special trips are made, shall be paid their regular rate of rate of pay.
Standing Time. The State shall be entitled to standing time for up to one (1) hour at no charge for the purposes of unloading. A maximum charge of $1.00 per minute shall be assessed for standing time in which the carrier’s equipment is detained through no fault of the carrier, in excess of the one free hour.   • Rain at Starting Time Where the employees are in the sheds, because they have been rained off, or at starting time, morning tea, or lunchtime, and it is raining, they shall not be required to go to work in a dry area or to be transferred to another site unless: ⮚ The rain stops; or ⮚ A covered walkway has been provided; or ⮚ The sheds are under cover and the employees can get to the dry area without going through the rain; or ⮚ Adequate protection is provided. Protection shall, where necessary, be provided for the employees’ tools.

  • Planning Time A. Uninterrupted planning time sixty (60) consecutive minutes shall be provided daily within the normal work day for full-time teachers at elementary sites. Planning period adjustments may be made with the approval of the teacher if the adjustment does not decrease the number of minutes allocated for planning time.

  • Voting Time All employees shall be allowed up to two paid hours for the purpose of voting provided the employee does not have sufficient time before or after regular duty hours to vote. The two hours authorized for voting does not apply to those employees who by reasons of their employment must vote by use of an absentee ballot.

  • TRAVELLING TIME 12.01 For the purposes of this Agreement travelling time is compensated for only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this Article.

  • Starting Times Employees shall be at their place of work at the starting time and shall remain at their place of work (as designated by the Contractor) performing their assigned functions until quitting time. The place of work shall be defined as the gang or toolbox, or equipment at the employee’s assigned work location or the place where the xxxxxxx gives instructions. The Parties reaffirm their policy of a fair day’s work for a fair day’s wage. There shall be no pay for time not worked unless the employee is otherwise engaged at the direction of the Contractor.

  • WAITING TIME Those employees working on a project who are entitled to receive subsistence allowance shall be paid a lump sum as waiting time based on the applicable straight time rate provided for in the Schedules attached hereto as follows:
