START-UP PHASE. The Start-up Phase covered the initial phase of the project when direct contact with the future clients needed to be established. It can also be seen as an orientation phase because it is not clear at this stage if the services and products will be appropriate or available at the end of the project. The Start-up Phase ends when the curriculum is established and the first set of contents has been prepared. The national business plan specifics, in chapter five, have been collected during this phase. It is advisable to repeat this survey at a later stage of the project and product implementation. In particular, the following general actions need to be put into practice during the Start-up Phase: o Detailed / final definition of the target groups o Listing of potential client (organisations) in the countries and regions o Grouping of the organisations according to identified demands o Preparation of basic information material o Preparation of templates for contact letters and e-mails o Establishing of first contacts to the future clients o Surveys and interviews to identify practical client demands, existing organisational or administrative barriers as well as the existing level of knowledge o Development of a CLIM-CAP corporate design and brand
START-UP PHASE. During the start-up phase of the project, the prospective company will be closely liaising with HQ IFAD project team, as well as with IFAD country teams and Grow Asia counterparts for the planning and execution of the start-up workshop for the project, which is expected to take place in July. During the workshop, the prospective company, in consultation with all participating stakeholders, will facilitate the fine tuning of the annual work plan and budget and the stakeholder engagement plan, the development of a knowledge management plan and a monitoring and evaluation plan for the project. Under the M&E plan, the prospective company will also be responsible for developing and carrying out a baseline survey during the start-up phase of the project.
START-UP PHASE. Subscriber has been advised that the business of the Company is in a start-up phase and acknowledges that there is no assurance that the Company will raise sufficient funds to adequately capitalize the business or that the business will be profitable in the future.

The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Studies, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings (including at least architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, building sections; and finish schedule), outline specifications following the Construction Specification Institute "CSI" Format and other necessary documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to its site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and other such essentials as may be appropriate, for and until approved by the State. 1.1.6.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • Phase 2 Phase 2 is expected to consist of Member Nodes and a select number of Nodes operated by non-Members. The non-Member Nodes will be required to comply with Node hosting terms as set forth by the Council, which may be amended from time to time (the “General Node Terms”).

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.
