Starting Salary Market Adjustment. The College and Lodge have a mutual interest in recruiting and retaining quality personnel. Toward that end, the College had a market analysis completed in early 2021 to evaluate current starting salaries. Taking the market analysis into account, starting salaries will be increased effective July 1, 2021 as described below: Title Starting Salary Sergeant $88,967.00 Police Officer $58,000.00 Communication Technician II $49,203.00 Communication Technician I $46,860.00 Security Specialist $34,807.00 Employee salaries will be increased, as applicable, to the adjusted starting salary July 1, 2021.

  • Starting Salary All bargaining-unit positions will be hired at a starting salary commensurate with their experience. It is expected that those salaries will typically be within 20% of employees within that unit at a similar rank and/or experience level. In exceptional cases, bargaining-unit positions may be hired at a salary above that range contingent on extraordinary experience and extramural funding.

  • Market Adjustments 22. Neither this Article nor any other in this Collective Agreement prevents the Employer from using other funds to increase a Member’s salary in response to offers received from other employers or to accommodate other market forces.

  • Salary Adjustment The salary of an employee returning from uncompensated leave shall be adjusted to reflect all non-discretionary increases distributed during the period of leave. While on such leave, an employee shall be eligible to participate in any special salary incentive programs.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Non pre-priced Adjustment Factor To be applied to Work determined not to be included in the CTC but within the general scope of the work: 1.1500.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.
