Statement of Qualifications and Experience. By executing this Agreement, FIRM represents that it has demonstrated trustworthiness and possesses the quality, fitness, and capacity to perform the Agreement in a manner satisfactory to City. FIRM represents that its financial resources, surety and insurance experience, service experience, completion ability, personnel, current workload, experience in dealing with private firms, and experience in dealing with public agencies all suggest that FIRM is capable of performing the proposed contract and has a demonstrated capacity to deal fairly and effectively with and to satisfy a public agency.

Statement of Qualifications and Experience. Firms desiring to be considered for this project for are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications and Experience in order to be considered for contracts under this procedure. Only firms with statements submitted in response to this Request for Qualifications will be evaluated. The statement should contain, as a minimum, the following: 1) Company Information a) Business name and legal entity. i) Federal Tax ID number ii) Local and Corporate/Main Office address and mailing address, telephone, and email contact information iii) Whether the prime consultant is a single entity, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity recognized in the State of Texas. iv) Controlling interest in any other firms providing equivalent or similar services, as well as financial interest in other lines of business. v) Brief history of your company, include number of years in business under present name, prior business names. b) Organization chart, (clearly define respondent if working alone or with a team) c) Statement that demonstrates capacity to perform the required services (minimum qualifications), including other firms if a team. d) Contact information of person(s) who are authorized to negotiate and contractually obligate the firm, one of these people must sign the RFQ response.
Statement of Qualifications and Experience. The following experience, qualifications, and a. Contractor must submit a staffing or organizational chart showing staffing to be used, including the dedicated account manager, all supervisors who will supervise work, and all senior management who supervise the dedicated Account Manager, including all years of tenure of such. b. Contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience (in the last five years) conducting work of similar type, scope, and scale at facilities as those specified in this solicitation. All references must be provided on the Contractor Standards Pledge of Compliance (under Section F, Part 7 starting on page 6 of 12). c. An account manager, who will be dedicated to this Contract, must have a minimum of two years of experience (in the last five years) managing and conducting work of similar type, scope, and scale as those specified in this solicitation. Contractor must submit the resume for the dedicated Account Manager. d. All managers and supervisors proposed to be involved in services at facilities in this solicitation must have a minimum of two years’ service in providing managerial and supervisory support in cleaning and conducting work of similar type, scope, and scale as those specified in this solicitation. Contractor must submit resumes for the managers and supervisors proposed to be involved in services for this solicitation.

  • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 200.56 and 200.58, and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3001(r), 3064 and 3065. Such qualified staff may only provide related services within the scope of their professional license, certification or credential and ethical standards set by each profession, and not assume responsibility or authority for another related services provider or special education teacher’s scope of practice. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all staff are appropriately credentialed to provide instruction and services to students with the disabling conditions placed in their program/school through documentation provided to the CDE (5 CCR 3064 (a)).

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • Required Qualifications At all times during the term of the Contract, Vendor shall have available, under direct employment and supervision and/or subcontract agreement fully incorporating the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, the required qualified and properly licensed (as applicable) personnel to properly fulfill all the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • Due Qualification and Good Standing The Borrower is in good standing in the State of Delaware. The Borrower is duly qualified to do business and, to the extent applicable, is in good standing in each other jurisdiction in which the nature of its business, assets and properties, including the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, the other Facility Documents to which it is a party and its Constituent Documents, requires such qualification, except where the failure to be so qualified or in good standing could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Tax Qualification Each Employee Benefit Plan intended to be qualified under Section 401(a) of the Code has been determined to be so qualified by the Internal Revenue Service and nothing has occurred since the date of the last such determination which resulted or is likely to result in the revocation of such determination.

  • Blue Sky Qualifications The Company will use its best efforts, in cooperation with the Underwriters, to qualify the Securities for offering and sale under the applicable securities laws of such states and other jurisdictions (domestic or foreign) as the Representatives may designate and to maintain such qualifications in effect so long as required to complete the distribution of the Securities; provided, however, that the Company shall not be obligated to file any general consent to service of process or to qualify as a foreign corporation or as a dealer in securities in any jurisdiction in which it is not so qualified or to subject itself to taxation in respect of doing business in any jurisdiction in which it is not otherwise so subject.
