Statement of Qualifications and Experience. By executing this Agreement, FIRM represents that it has demonstrated trustworthiness and possesses the quality, fitness, and capacity to perform the Agreement in a manner satisfactory to City. FIRM represents that its financial resources, surety and insurance experience, service experience, completion ability, personnel, current workload, experience in dealing with private firms, and experience in dealing with public agencies all suggest that FIRM is capable of performing the proposed contract and has a demonstrated capacity to deal fairly and effectively with and to satisfy a public agency.
Statement of Qualifications and Experience. Firms desiring to be considered for this project for are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications and Experience in order to be considered for contracts under this procedure. Only firms with statements submitted in response to this Request for Qualifications will be evaluated. The statement should contain, as a minimum, the following:
