Statement of Recognition. ‌ 1.011. Recognition of Association. The Mahoning County Board of Developmental Disabilities, hereinafter referred to as the Board or Employer, recognizes the Mahoning Education Association of Developmental Disabilities, an affiliate of the Ohio Education Association and the National Education Association, hereinafter referred to as the Association, as the sole and exclusive representative for the bargaining unit as defined in Section 1.02 of the agreement and 4117.01G of the Ohio Revised Code (“ORC”), Collective Bargaining Law.
