Statutory Holiday Entitlement. The Employer recognizes the following as statutory holidays: New Year's Day Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Victoria Day Remembrance Day Canada Day Christmas Day B.C. Day and any other day which may be proclaimed in British Columbia or by Federal statute.
