Statutory Holiday Observance. The Parties agree to amend the appropriate sections contained within Article 12.000 Holidays should ten (10) of the thirteen (13) participating trades local construction reference agreements be settled and contain contract language identifying that Statutory Holidays be observed on the day which they fall and are not moved into the work week for observance.
