Statutory Holidays Falling on Regularly Scheduled Day of Work. ‌ a) Full-time Employees i. A Full-time Employee who works on a Statutory Holiday shall receive pay at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2 x) times the Employee’s regular rate of pay and another day off with pay to be taken at a mutually agreed time within four (4) weeks before or after the date the Statutory Holiday occurs, or ii. A Full-time Employee who does not work on a Statutory Holiday shall receive pay equal to one (1) days pay.
