If, during the term of this agreement, legislation is signed into law that requires compensation greater than that negotiated herein, then the parties will open negotiations for the specific and sole purpose of meeting that legislative requirement.

STEP AND SALARY SCALE ADVANCEMENT. Eligible unit members shall receive the regular step progression as set forth in the salary scales as defined below. If, during the term of this agreement, legislation is signed into law that requires compensation greater than that negotiated herein, then the parties will open negotiations for the specific and sole purpose of meeting that legislative requirement. In the event that the cost of living for any years exceeds 4.5%, the Association at its option will have the right to open negotiations on the area of salary for the subsequent fiscal year. The US CPI-U for the period of September to September will be used for the above determination. 9.5.1. School Year 2024-2025 (FY2025) a. All employees who begin work on or before March 1, 2024, will receive their normal step progression on the FY25 salary schedule and then move one range to the right on the new salary schedule maintaining their previously calculated step. Range 36 will be added to the schedule at the same percentage range advancement as the rest of the FY24 schedule. Employees currently on Range 35 of the FY24 salary schedule shall be moved to Range 36 of the new salary schedule. b. The FY24 salary scales will be increased by 1%. 9.5.2. School Year 2025-2026 (FY2026) a. All employees who begin work on or before March 1, 2025, will receive their normal step progression on the FY26 salary schedule and then move one range to the right on the new salary schedule maintaining their previously calculated step. Employees currently on Range 2 of the FY25 salary schedule shall be moved to Range 3 of the new salary schedule. Range 37 will be added to the schedule at the same percentage range advancement as the rest of the FY26 schedule. Employees currently on Range 36 of the FY25 salary schedule shall be moved to Range 37 of the new salary schedule. b. The salary scales will be increased by 1%.

  • Step Advancement Each faculty member will be granted one (1) increment on the salary schedule each year up to the maximum allowed. To qualify for advancement one (1) step on the salary schedule, employees must have been employed in a paid status or on any form of medical leave (FMLA, CFRA, etc.), or on military leave seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the school days in a school year.

  • Performance and Salary Review Company will periodically review Executive’s performance on no less than an annual basis. Adjustments to salary or other compensation, if any, will be made by Company in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Career Advancement In order to attain Professional Teacher Status, the Educator should achieve ratings of proficient or exemplary on each Performance Standard and overall. A principal considering making an employment decision that would lead to PTS for any Educator who has not been rated proficient or exemplary on each performance standard and overall on the most recent evaluation shall confer with the superintendent by May 1. The principal’s decision is subject to review and approval by the superintendent.

  • REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered. TERMINATION: This contract may be terminated by either party pursuant to law. OTHER CONDITIONS: Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract. PARTIES: The Fort Xxxxx School District 100, Party of the First Part, and XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX Party of the Second Part, agree as follows:

  • Salary Range The 20 20 - 2 0 2 1 salary range for returning teachers is $39,000 to $75,846. The 2021-2022 salary range for returning teachers is $40,500-$77,392. At the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year, the salaries of returning full-time teachers were between $40,000 and $79,346.

  • Salary Scales ‌ 2.5.1 Effective from 1 January 2024, and subject to the Remuneration provisions in the Terms of Settlement, a 4% increase will apply to all paid and printed rates. The following Allied Divisions shall refer to the applicable schedules for their scales: MIT, UCOL and Otago. 2.5.2 Effective from 1 January 2025, kaimahi will be translated into the following salary scale, which includes the 4% salary increase: Band Step (N/A for UCOL and TOPNZ) Scale Scale 2025 (4%) 40 hours Band Step(N/A for UCOL and TOPNZ Scale 2025 (4%) Scale 2025 (4%)

  • Compensation After Termination a. If (i) the Company terminates Employee’s employment during the Employment Period pursuant to Section 4.1.a, 4.1.b, or 4.1.c hereof, (ii) either party terminates this Agreement pursuant to Article 2 hereof or (iii) Employee voluntarily terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.1.d hereof, then the Employment Agreement and Employee’s employment with the Company shall terminate and the Company shall have no further obligations hereunder or otherwise with respect to Employee’s employment from and after the termination or expiration date, except that the Company shall pay Employee’s Base Salary accrued through the date of termination or expiration and shall provide such benefits as are required by applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Company terminates Employee pursuant to Section 4.1.a or 4.1.b, the Company will pay to Employee a pro rata share of any incentive compensation earned by Employee during the year in which such termination occurs, such incentive compensation to be determined and payable in the same manner and at the same time as it would have been had Employee’s employment not been terminated pursuant to Section 4.1.a or 4.1.b. b. If the Company terminates the Employee’s employment pursuant to Section 4.1.d hereof, then the Company shall have no further obligations hereunder or otherwise with respect to Employee’s employment from and after the termination date, except that, subject to receiving a signed separation agreement and general release of claims from Employee substantially in the form set out in attached Exhibit 1 to this Agreement, modified as necessary so as to be fully enforceable under current applicable law, Company shall pay Employee’s Base Salary through the end of the then current Employment Period and shall provide benefits as are required by applicable law. However, any payments under this Section 4.2.b. payable after termination of employment may be delayed as may be required by Section 7.12 hereof. Provided, however, if the termination of Employee’s employment results in compensation and benefits being provided to Employee pursuant to the Severance Agreement of even date herewith, Employee shall receive no compensation under this Section 4.2, except for Base Salary and benefits accrued through the date of termination or as are otherwise required by applicable law.
