Stockpiles. (a) No stockpiles of soil or other materials shall be placed on footpaths or nature strips unless prior approval has been obtained from the City’s Construction Regulation Unit. (b) All stockpiles of soil or other materials shall be placed away from drainage lines, gutters or stormwater pits or inlets. (c) All stockpiles of soil or other materials likely to generate dust or odours shall be covered. (d) All stockpiles of contaminated soil shall be stored in a secure area and be covered if remaining more than 24 hours

Stockpiles. Keystone expects to establish a dead storage stockpile of approximately 50,000 Tons of coal (in addition to a live storage stockpile of approximately 10,000 Tons of coal) at the Facility. Keystone shall have the right to purchase, and upon request Seller agrees to deliver, approximately 50,000 Tons of coal for the dead storage stockpile pursuant to monthly Orders of Keystone pursuant to Section 4.3.
Stockpiles. The buyer shall not disturb or remove material from existing stockpiles. Any material extracted by the buyer must be mined according to the approved mining and reclamation plan. Any stockpiles left in the pit by the buyer are the property of the seller unless the buyer receives prior written approval from the seller and, upon approval, purchases the material.
Stockpiles. 1. The holder of a stockpile, which consists of or contains any substance listed in Annex I or Annex II, for which no use is permitted, shall manage that stockpile as waste and in accordance with Article 7. 2. The holder of a stockpile greater than 50 kg, consisting of or containing any substance listed in Annex I or Annex II, and the use of which is permitted shall provide the competent authority of the Member State in which the stockpile is established with information concerning the nature and size of that stockpile. Such information shall be provided within 12 months of the date that this Regulation or Regulation (EC) No 850/2004 became applicable to that substance, whichever date came first for the holder, and of relevant amendments to Annex I or II and annually thereafter until the deadline specified in Annex I or II for restricted use. The holder shall manage the stockpile in a safe, efficient and environmentally sound manner, in accordance with the thresholds and requirements laid down in Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council23 and taking all adequate steps to ensure that the stockpile is managed in a manner that will protect human health and the environment. 3. Member States shall monitor the use and management of notified stockpiles.
Stockpiles. Stockpiling of fill materials for Zones 1A, 3, 4 and 6 is mandatory. The quality of the stockpiled material will be checked by the Contractor in accordance with Clause 6.
Stockpiles. The Village agrees that material stockpiles may be located on any area of the Park so long as the stockpile is removed after a reasonable time period not to exceed the later of either seven (7) years from the date of commencement of construction or the date on which 85 percent of the buildings to be built in the Park have been substantially completed, unless an extension is agreed to by the Village. All material stockpiles shall consist of soil, crushed concrete or crushed asphalt only.
Stockpiles. The contractor shall plan his activities so that materials excavated from borrow pits and cuttings, in so far as possible, can be transported direct to and placed at the point where it is to be used. However, should temporary stockpiling become necessary, the areas for the stockpiling of excavated and imported material shall be indicated and demarcated on the site plan submitted in writing to the engineer for his approval, together with the contractor’s proposed measures for prevention, containment and rehabilitation against environmental damage. The areas chosen shall have no naturally occurring indigenous trees and shrubs present that may be damaged during operations. Care shall be taken to preserve all vegetation in the immediate area of these temporary stockpiles. During the life of the stockpiles the contractor shall at all times ensure that they are: - Positioned and sloped to create the least visual impact; - Constructed and maintained so as to avoid erosion of the material and contamination of surrounding environment; and - Kept free from all alien/undesirable vegetation. After the stockpiled material has been removed, the site shall be re-instated to its original condition. No foreign material generated / deposited during construction shall remain on site. Areas affected by stockpiling shall be landscaped, top soiled, grassed and maintained at the contractor’s cost until clearance from the engineer and the relevant Authority is received. Material milled from the existing road surface that is temporarily stockpiled in areas approved by the engineer within the road reserve, shall be subject to the same condition as other stockpiled materials. Excess materials from windrows, in-situ milling or any detritus of material from road construction activities may not be swept off the road and left unless specifically instructed to do so in the contract drawing or under instruction from the engineer In all cases, the engineer shall approve the areas for stockpiling and disposal of construction rubble before any operation commences and shall approve their clause only when they have been satisfactorily rehabilitated. Stockpiles. 1 Obtain prior authorization from the Departmental Representative for temporary stockpile locations on Site. Do not stockpile riprap or granular materials in areas where contamination with the underlying soils can occur. Prepare stockpile areas by grading the area level, and diverting drainage from adjacent areas away from the stockpile locations. .2 Stockpile riprap and granular materials in a manner that minimizes segregation.
Stockpiles. Contractor and Owner shall mutually agree on the types, sizes and locations of lignite stockpiles and pit inventories to be maintained at the Mine. Contractor shall maintain a minimum of thirty (30) Days of pit inventory to assure a continuous supply of lignite in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Owner shall have the right to require Contractor to increase the size of the stockpile(s) or pit inventories, subject to Section 2.3, the then-current Annual Mining Plan and mining conditions. In the event that Owner provides written notice demanding such an increase in size, Contractor shall commence effecting such increase within ten (10) Days of Contractor’s receipt of such notice and shall expeditiously complete such increase, subject to Section 2.3, the then-current Annual Mining Plan and mining conditions.
Stockpiles. ICL will establish a permanent stockpile of a quantity of coal sufficient to operate the Facility for a period of approximately 30 days (in addition to a live storage stockpile of 10 days of operations) at the Facility. Seller agrees to deliver approximately 90,000 Tons of coal for the permanent stockpile pursuant to monthly Orders, as described in Sections 4.3 and 4.4.
