Storage Plan. Within fifteen (15) days after the execution of this Agreement, the Contractor will prepare for the Owner’s review and the Contractor’s use, a plan for efficient and effective use of the Jobsite and for secure storage of materials and equipment by the Contractor and all Subcontractors. Once approved by the Owner, this plan must be approved by the authority having jurisdiction (if required). In addition, it will be the Contractor’s responsibility to assist the Owner in obtaining all necessary agreements from adjacent landowners for the construction of the Project (including but not limited to approvals necessary for operation of a tower crane if required).
