Storage Rent. The Storage Premises shall be leased by Tenant at an annual rate equal to the then fair market rate for such Storage Premises (the “Storage Rent”), which as of the date of this Lease is equal to Twenty-Four Dollars ($24.00) per rentable square foot of the Storage Premises per year. Within five (5) business days of Tenant’s request from time to time, Landlord shall notify Tenant of the amount of the Storage Rent, which shall not be increased while Tenant is leasing any Storage Premises unless Landlord has delivered not less than sixty (60) days written notice thereof to Tenant. No Direct Expenses shall be payable with respect to the Storage Premises. The Storage Rent shall be due on a monthly basis concurrent with Tenant’s payment of Rent due with respect to the Premises, and shall constitute Additional Rent under the Lease.

Storage Rent. During the Storage Term, Tenant shall pay, as Additional Rent, monthly rent for the Storage Premises (“Storage Rent”) in an amount equal to $1.50 per square foot, which amount shall increase on each anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date applicable to the Initial Premises by 3%. Storage Rent shall be paid at the same time and in the same manner as Base Rent. If Tenant leases the Storage Premises during the Option Term, Tenant shall pay the prevailing rate charged by Landlord for comparable storage space in the Building.
Storage Rent. Effective beginning February 1, 2010 through July 31, 2010, or earlier if the Tenant so elects (the “Storage Term”), Tenant shall shut down the portion of Tenants’ business that occupies, on a previous lease, Xxxxx X0 xxx 0/0 xx Xxxxx X0. To avoid the cost and inconvenience of removal, storage, reinstalling, and rewiring of Tenant’s furniture, cubicles, phones, data, electrical, and other equipment, Tenant agrees to pay a total of $7,000.00 per month as a storage fee for Suite B2 during the Storage Term (the “Storage Rent”). The Operating Expense (as defined in Section 7 hereto) and Utilities for Suite B2 are included in the Storage Rent for the storage space as long as Tenant doesn’t use the lights, HVAC or other utilities for Suite B2. In the event Tenant does use lights, HVAC or other utilities for Suite B2, it shall only be charged for its actual usage. Tenant’s access to Suite B2 on a daily basis shall be limited to retrieve IT equipment and any other stored material during the Storage Term. Storage Rent shall be payable in advance each month on or before the 1st day of each month for the duration of this Lease.
Storage Rent. In addition, Tenant will pay $24.00 per usable square foot of Storage Space per year in equal monthly installments, pursuant to Section 7 below, as “Storage Rent”.

Storage Rent. The monthly storage rent (the "STORAGE RENT") payable by Tenant for the first Lease Year for the portion of the Storage Premises located in the Project parking facility (the "GARAGE STORAGE AREA") shall be equal to the product of (i) the number of square feet of such Storage Premises, and (i) $0.75. The Storage Rent payable by Tenant for the first Lease Year for the portion of the Storage Premises located on the second floor of the Building (the "SECOND FLOOR STORAGE AREA") shall be equal to the product of (a) the number of square feet of such Storage Premises, and (b) $1.00. For each Lease Year following the first Lease Year, the Storage Rent for both the Garage Storage Area and the Second Floor Storage Area shall equal the product of (I) the Storage Rent payable for the applicable space for the prior Lease Year (as previously increased pursuant to this Section 29.30.2), and (II) 1.04. All Storage Rent shall be due on a monthly basis concurrently with Tenant's payment of the Base Rent due with respect to the Premises, and shall constitute Additional Rent under the Lease.

Storage Rent. The schedule of Storage Rent, as set forth in Section 29.36 of the Lease, is hereby deleted and is replaced with the following:
Storage Rent. For the lease of the Storage Premises, Tenant shall pay to Landlord an annual rent (“Storage Rent”) of twelve thousand, three hundred twenty-four dollars ($12,324.00), to be paid in advance on the first day of each calendar month during the Storage Term in equal consecutive monthly instalments of one thousand, twenty-seven dollars ($1,027.00) each, based on an annual gross rental rate of twelve dollars ($12.00) per square foot of the Storage Premises per annum. During any extensions or renewals of the initial Term, Tenant shall pay the then prevailing rates being charged by Landlord for storage space in the Project (provided that the prevailing rate is reasonable having regard to rates charged by other landlords of similar buildings, similarly located).
Storage Rent. For the lease of the Storage Premises, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord an annual rent (the “Storage Rent”) of $10.00 PER SQUARE FOOT to be paid in advance in equal monthly installments on the first day of each month during the Storage Term of $125.00 plus applicable goods and services tax.
