Structure of Joint Standing Committee. A Joint Standing Committee (JSC) will be established each year consisting of eight (8) representatives: the President of the AAUP and three (3) representatives, chosen by the Executive Committee of the AAUP; and the Xxxxxxx and three (3) other members of the Administration chosen by the President. The JSC will deal with problems and questions relating to this Agreement as well as those issues specifically delegated to it in this Agreement. This committee will meet at least twice each Fall and Spring semester each academic year. In addition, the committee will meet as necessary at the request of either of the parties. The committee will discuss and attempt to amicably resolve any and all issues other than those specifically provided for in other Articles of this Agreement.

  • Standing Committee Standing Committees shall be maintained in the following manner:

  • Standing Committees A. The parties agree to participate in collaborative committee work structured as follows to improve workplace conditions, including but not limited to insurance, supplemental salary options (Article 7.2), professional development (LPDC) (Article 6.11(F)), Master Teacher, Association/ Administration Council, evaluation (OTES), career lattice, calendar (Article 8.1) and any and all other contractual issues.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • Joint Steering Committee [***] following the Effective Date [***], a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) will be established by the Parties to provide oversight and to facilitate information sharing between the Parties with respect to the activities under this Agreement.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Local Negotiating Committee (a) A negotiating committee of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the union including the bargaining unit president.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Procedures of the Joint Committee 1. For the proper implementation of this Agreement, the Joint Committee shall meet at an appropriate level whenever necessary upon request but at least once a year. Either Party may request a meeting be held.

  • Negotiating Committee The Hospital agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprised of representatives of the Association for the purpose of negotiating a renewal agreement. The number of nurses on the Negotiating Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. The Hospital agrees to pay members of the Negotiating Committee for time spent during regular working hours in negotiations with the Hospital for a renewal agreement up to, but not including, arbitration.

  • Union Negotiating Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Negotiating Committee that may include, as determined by the Union:
