Subproject Grant Eligibility and Subproject Implementation Guidelines and Procedures. No proposed Subproject shall be eligible for financing under the Project unless the Project Implementing Entity has determined, in accordance with this Agreement and the Project Implementation Manual that the proposed Sub-project satisfies the eligibility criteria specified below and in further detail in the Project Implementation Manual, which shall include the following: (a) the proposed Sub-project has been initiated by a Village Development Committee which meets the eligibility criteria specified in the Project Implementation Manual; (b) the proposed Subproject is for either: (i) socio-economic infrastructure (health, education, water, sanitation and other socio-economic infrastructure) (“Infrastructure Sub-projects”); or (ii) income generating activities (“Income Generating Sub-projects”), as set forth in further detail in the Project Implementation Manual; (c) the proposed Subproject does not fall under any non-eligibility criteria specified in the Project Implementation Manual; (d) the proposed Subproject complies with the Environmental and Social Management Framework, and Resettlement Policy Framework; (e) the proposed Sub-project is consistent with the national sector policies; (f) the cost of the proposed Subproject does not exceed: (i) $60,000 per Sub-project for Infrastructure Sub-projects; and (ii) $25,000 per Sub-project for Income Generating Sub-projects; (g) the respective Village Development Committee ensures that the community contribute at least ten percent (10%) of the projected Sub-project costs in cash or in kind; and (i) the relevant Village Development Committee has established a specific committee for management of the proposed Subproject and put in place all necessary arrangements, including financial and human resources, for maintenance of the Subproject.

Subproject Grant Eligibility and Subproject Implementation Guidelines and Procedures. No proposed Subproject shall be eligible for financing under the Project unless, on the basis of an appraisal conducted in accordance with this Part D and the Project Implementation Manual, the proposed Subproject is deemed to satisfy the eligibility criteria specified below and in further detail in the Project Implementation Manual, which shall include the following: (a) the proposed Subproject has been initiated by a Commune; (b) the proposed activities satisfy the requirements of Part 1 of the Project as described in further detail in the Project Implementation Manual; (c) the cost of the proposed Subproject is at least Burundian Francs 120 million, with the exception of Subprojects under Part 1 (a) of the Project relating to erosion control and environmental systems, the cost of which may be lower; (d) the proposed Subproject is consistent with the respective Communal Development Plan, and, in the case of a Subproject relating to a school or health center, the national sanitation or school program, as the case may be; (e) the proposed Subproject complies with the: (i) Environmental and Social Management Framework; (ii) Resettlement Policy Framework; (iii) any Environmental Management Plan; and (iv) any Resettlement Action Plan; (f) the proposed Subproject is consistent with the relevant technical, engineering, and environmental standards and national sector policies; (g) the Beneficiary’s contribution to the projected Subproject costs in cash or in kind is in accordance with the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual; (h) the Beneficiary has put in place all necessary arrangements, including financial and human resources, for the management of the proposed Subproject and a plan for its maintenance following completion; and (i) in the case of a Beneficiary who received subproject financing under the Public Works and Employment Project, it shall have implemented said subproject satisfactorily and in accordance with the requirements of the subproject financing.
Subproject Grant Eligibility and Subproject Implementation Guidelines and Procedures. No proposed Subproject shall be eligible for financing under the Project unless the Project Implementing Entity has determined, on the basis of an appraisal conducted in accordance with this Part E and the Administrative and Financial Manual, the Project Implementation Manual, and the Rural Electrification Fund Manual, that the proposed Subproject and the proposed Beneficiary satisfy the eligibility criteria specified below and in further detail in the Administrative and Financial Manual, the Project Implementation Manual, and the Rural Electrification Fund Manual, which include the following: (a) the proposed Subproject has been prepared by a private commercial operator, a duly registered community organization, a non-governmental organization, or an economic interest group which meets the eligibility criteria specified in said Manuals; (b) the proposed Subproject is for activities set forth in Section 2 (a) of Schedule 1 to this Agreement and described in further detail in said Manuals; (c) the proposed Subproject satisfies none of the non-eligibility criteria specified in said Manuals; (d) the proposed Subproject complies with the Environmental and Social Management Framework and the Resettlement Policy Framework; and (e) the proposed Subproject complies with the standards and requirements set forth in the Recipient’s applicable laws and regulations relating to the Program.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

Publishing a statement notifying employees that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in the Contractor’s workplace and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violation of such prohibition;

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference.

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.

  • Quality- and Cost-Based Selection Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Borrower shall apply quality- and cost-based selection for selecting and engaging consulting services.

  • Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Each Party shall at its own expense perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Large Generating Facility with the Participating TO’s Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Party shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Party’s facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
