Substitute Work. The employee and occupational health physician may agree that substitute work may be per- formed where the health of the employee so permits. The employee and the employee’s supervisor and, if necessary, an occupational health care expert, shall thereafter investigate whether substitute work can be assigned to the employee. The substitute work must be appropriate and must correspond to the employee’s normal duties where possible.
