Subtask 1.3 – Inspection Activities. Golder will provide field CQA inspection to verify that the liner system is constructed in accordance with the construction plans, specifications, and CQA Plan. Accordingly, we will observe and document the following:  Review contractor submittals  Observation of the subgrade surface that it is firm, unyielding and free of waste debris or large rocks  Conformance testing of all geosynthetic materials (geomembrane, geocomposite, and geotextiles Solicitation PPWSRFPJK1704 – Engineering Design and CQA Services April 2017 21 P1777870  Conformance testing of sump gravel and sump sand  Observation of geosynthetics deployment and installation including trial seams, seaming, non-destructive and destructive testing as specifiedCompletion of an appropriate geoelectric leak location survey. Golder will work with the County to specify an appropriate method such as the Water Puddle Method on bare liner per ASTM D 7002. We do not believe that the geocomposite LCRS with the overlying woodchips will be a suitable conductor of electricity, and therefore, the dipole test method per ASTM D 7007 may be ineffective.  Observation of the installation of biogas piping, leachate pipe, and leak detection piping.  Observation of the installation of all pipe boots and verification that spark testing is completed on all pipe boot welds and any specified clamps/bands are installed properly.  Observation of the installation of the operations layer. Additional responsibilities that will be handled by our CQA Monitor under this task include:  Track and coordinate review of contractor submittals  Prepare daily construction reports  Verify that the contractor is complying with project requirements  Maintain clear and consistent communication between all parties  Perform on-site tests and verify construction conforms to the plans and specifications  Review as-built drawings for completeness and conformance to the plans and specifications  Identify and resolve non-conforming work  Accompany regulators and other public agencies on inspections Golder’s CQA Monitor will be on-site full time during the installation of the liner system and related piping components. We have assumed that this work will be completed by the contractor during 8-hour work days, five days per week.

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner.

  • TESTING AND INSPECTION 6.1 Pre-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Safety Inspection During inspection of County facilities conducted by the State Division of Occupational Safety and Health for the purpose of determining compliance with the California OSHA requirements, an OCEA designated employee shall be allowed to accompany the inspector while the inspector is in the employee's agency/department. The employee so designated shall suffer no loss of pay when this function is performed during the employee's regularly scheduled work hours.

  • SITE VISITS AND RECORD REVIEW The Applicant shall allow authorized employees of the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District, and the State Auditor’s Office to have reasonable access to the Applicant’s Qualified Property and business records from the Application Review Start Date through the Final Termination Date, in order to inspect the project to determine compliance with the terms hereof or as necessary to properly appraise the Taxable Value of the Applicant’s Qualified Property.

  • INSPECTION/TESTING All Products sold pursuant to this Agreement will be subject to inspection/testing by or at the direction of H- GAC and/or the ordering Customer, either at the delivery destination or the place of manufacture. In the event a Product fails to meet or exceed all requirements of this Agreement, and unless otherwise agreed in advance, the cost of any inspection and/or testing, will be the responsibility of the Contractor.

  • Access, Use, Monitoring and Inspection Site shall provide original or copies (as the case may be) of all Study Data to Quintiles and Sponsor for Sponsor’s use. Site shall afford Sponsor and Quintiles and their representatives and designees reasonable access to Site’s facilities and to Medical Records and Study Data so as to permit Sponsor and Quintiles and their representatives and designees to monitor the Study. 1.3.3.

  • IN INSPECTION Before, at the time of the Tenant accepting possession, or shortly thereafter, the Landlord and Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Agree to inspect the Premises and write any present damages or needed repairs on a move-in checklist. ☐ - Shall not inspect the Premises or complete a move-in checklist.

  • OIG INSPECTION, AUDIT, AND REVIEW RIGHTS ‌ In addition to any other rights OIG may have by statute, regulation, or contract, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may conduct interviews, examine or request copies of Xxxxxx’x books, records, and other documents and supporting materials and/or conduct on-site reviews of any of Xxxxxx’x locations for the purpose of verifying and evaluating: (a) Xxxxxx’x compliance with the terms of this IA and (b) Xxxxxx’x compliance with the requirements of the Federal health care programs. The documentation described above shall be made available by Xxxxxx to OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) at all reasonable times for inspection, audit, and/or reproduction. Furthermore, for purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview Xxxxxx and any of Xxxxxx’x employees or contractors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. Xxxxxx shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon OIG’s request. Xxxxxx’x employees and contractors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of Xxxxxx present.

  • Independent Review and Inspection The Owner may undertake independent inspection of the installation of the Work. Such independent inspector shall operate on behalf of the Owner and shall act to protect the best interests of the Owner.
