Client Communication and Gauging Success Sample Clauses

Client Communication and Gauging Success. The RFP requested that we describe how we communicate with clients and how we gauge success. Golder’s project team understands that our clients are charged with delivering projects whether it involves regulatory approval of a design, construction, and/or regulatory approval of a CQA report. Accordingly, it is imperative that our team communicate frequently with our clients throughout the project to ensure issues are identified and resolved quickly and efficiently and appropriate solutions are developed. These communications can consist of weekly or monthly status reports, weekly conference calls, face-to-face progress meetings, and/or web hosted meetings. We typically adapt our communication methods and frequencies to our client’s needs and desires. For this project, we recommend establishing at least routine bi-monthly calls to discuss the status of various projects. There will be a number of projects and activities occurring concurrently. These calls would be an information sharing meeting where both the County and Golder would update each other on the status of each party’s work. Additional meetings would be held as identified in the RFP via face-to-face or via a web hosted meeting where drawings could be reviewed. Golder recognizes that successful, sustainable consulting engineering firms must take a long term view of their business relationships with their clients. Each new project is not viewed as just another assignment or a revenue source. Instead, we treat each project as our opportunity to show our clients our value, deliver within schedule and within budget, and earn the opportunity to provide future services. We recognize that our clients have choices and our ultimate gauge of success is whether our clients continue to prefer to use our services. Our long-standing relationships at many existing landfills demonstrates that we live by this philosophy. Solicitation PPWSRFPJK1704 – Engineering Design and CQA Services April 2017 15 P1777870
