Summer Regular Route Assignments. Regular summer assignments for Home to School and Special Education routes will be posted to the Bus Drivers by seniority. Regular summer routes (Home to School/Special Education) Drivers are eligible for summer field trip work if it does not conflict with their summer bid route (Home to School/Special Education). Summer Field Trip Assignments: Bus Drivers may sign up for summer field trip work if they are interested. The most senior Drivers will be used as primary summer field trip Drivers. The number of primary Drivers will be determined by the anticipated need for the summer. Dispatch will make every effort to balance the hours assigned among the primary summer field trip Drivers. Other Drivers may be used subject to work available. On any school day during which pupils would otherwise be in attendance but are not, and for which certificated personnel receive regular pay, bargaining unit members shall be required to report to work and shall receive regular pay. Bargaining unit members may request to take these days as vacation or unpaid leave. Employees who are on less than twelve (12) months assignments will be given preference for substitute assignments during the periods of non-assignment if the assignment is within the employee’s classification and the employee is otherwise qualified. These employees must be available for assignments on a daily basis.

  • Training Assignments The Supervisor or designee may establish written training assignments to enable an employee to gain the additional experience and training required for the job for a period of time not to exceed two years. At the completion of the training assignment, the employee’s pay will be set no less than the entry rate of pay for the occupational pay band.

  • Shift Assignments When an opening occurs in a shift assignment in an appropriate work group at a location, preference shall be given to employees within the classification who possess the training, ability and any required special qualifications to perform the work required, on the basis of seniority. In the event that no employee desires a shift assignment, employees shall be selected in order of inverse seniority. This provision shall not apply to necessary training assignments. This provision shall not in itself alter the practice of rotating shifts where such practice presently exists. No employee who has a regular shift assignment on the effective date of the Agreement shall be involuntarily displaced from such shift assignment as a result of this Article.

  • Housing Assignments The University assigns Licensee to a bed space and does not guarantee specific room types, buildings, communities, or roommates. The University shall have the right to reassign the Licensee to a different bed space without the Licensee’s consent prior to or during the term of the Agreement.

  • Course Curriculum, Instruction, and Grading X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies as the courses outlined in the Hill College catalog.

  • OGS Centralized Contract Modifications OGS, an Authorized User, or the Contractor may suggest modifications to the Centralized Contract or its Appendices.
