Supplemental Activity Schedule. It is understood if a certified employee is not interested in an available coaching, activity advisor, or coordinator position, the District will advertise the available position to other district personnel. If no McCleary School staff is interested in the available position, the district will advertise outside the district. The following criteria will be used when selecting for available extra-curricular positions: • Experience or training in the activity • Experience working with young people • Commitment to using positive motivational methods • Commitment to support the academic program at McCleary through the extra- curricular activity Compensation for the following extra-curricular activities outside the contracted day may be paid depending on the responsibilities and time required of the position, the number of students participating in the activity, and the financial ability of the District to fund the activity. From year to year, as determined by the certified staff and the administration, supplemental activities may include the following: • A.S.B. –Student Council $35.00 per hour not to exceed $1500 annually (For work done outside of Leadership Class time) • 6th Grade Advisor $35.00 per hour not to exceed $700.00 annually • 7th Grade Advisor $35.00 per hour not to exceed $700.00 annually • 8th Grade Advisor $35.00 per hour not to exceed $700.00 annually • Yearbook Coordinator $35.00 per hour not to exceed $700.00 annually • AR Coordinator $35.00 per hour not to exceed $700.00 annually • We Challenge Club $35.00 per hour not to exceed $700.00 annually • Xxxxx Xxxxxxx $35.00 per hour not to exceed $700.00 annually Other activities may be considered and may be negotiated annually. Employees will be reimbursed at $35.00 per hour, not to exceed an annual total of $700.00. Coaching positions for Head Girls Volleyball Coach, Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach, Head Football Coach, Assistant Football Coach, Head Girls Basketball Coach, Assistant Girls Basketball Coach, Head Boys Basketball Coach, Assistant Boys Basketball Coach, Head Girls Track Coach, and Head Boys Track Coach will be negotiated outside of this collective bargaining agreement as decided by the Public Employees Relations Board.
