Supplemental Letters of Assignment. Letters of Assignment will only be issued to employees for the positions and hours as found in the Classified Supplemental Salary Schedules (See Appendix B). Splitting the assignment of a supplemental position may be initiated by employees and granted through mutual agreement of the employees and the District. Employees will be paid at the rates established in the Supplemental and Extra Curricular Salary Schedules (Appendix B). Pay for Extra-Curricular Assignments will be paid over a three month period beginning with the start of the season for the individual sport. Classified employees must submit a timesheet.   • Supplemental Agreements The TIPS Member entity participating in the TIPS Agreement and awarded Vendor may enter into a separate Supplemental Agreement or contract to further define the level of service requirements over and above the minimum defined in this Agreement such as but not limited to, invoice requirements, ordering requirements, specialized delivery, etc. Any Supplemental Agreement or contract developed as a result of this Agreement is exclusively between the TIPS Member entity customer and the Vendor. TIPS, its agents, TIPS Members and employees not a party to the Supplemental Agreement with the TIPS Member customer, shall not be made party to any claim for breach of such agreement unless named and agreed by the Party in question in writing in the agreement. If a Vendor submitting a Proposal requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, those agreements shall comply with the award made by TIPS to the Vendor. Supplemental Vendor’s Agreement documents may not become part of TIPS’ Agreement with Vendor unless and until an authorized representative of TIPS reviews and approves it. TIPS review and approval may be at any time during the life of this Vendor Agreement. TIPS permits TIPS Members to negotiate additional terms and conditions with the Vendor for the provision of goods or services under the Vendor’s TIPS Agreement so long as they do not materially conflict with this Agreement. Survival Clause All applicable sales, leases, Supplemental Agreements, contracts, software license agreements, warranties or service agreements that were entered into between Vendor and TIPS or the TIPS Member Customer under the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement. All Orders, Purchase Orders issued or contracts executed by TIPS or a TIPS Member and accepted by the Vendor prior to the expiration or termination of this agreement, shall survive expiration or termination of the Agreement, subject to previously agreed terms and conditions agreed by the parties or as otherwise specified herein relating to termination of this agreement.

  • Notification of Assignments Assignments and schedules for the following year shall be made by the last working day of the teacher's work year.

  • Duration of Assignments Consideration must be given to the health and safety of personnel when assigned to fires of long duration. It is agreed that duration of assignments is dictated by each Party’s policy. Extension of assignments beyond the Supporting Party’s policy may be requested. It is the responsibility of the Protecting Party to request relief personnel in advance of the Supporting Party’s policy time limit. The Protecting Party is further responsible for the transportation costs of moving personnel to the fire and returning those relieved personnel back to their home stations. In all cases, the Department and Forest Service agree that their Incident Commanders will release suppression resources to their primary mission responsibilities as soon as priorities allow. The National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) has established guidelines for the length of assignments for resources and personnel who accept out of state assignments. Personnel who accept assignments out of the state are expected to adhere to the guidelines identified by NWCG. For incidents within the state, there is a required 7 day minimum commitment. Both Parties agree to honor the minimum length of assignments guidelines.

  • Notification of Assignment Any assignment that is not undertaken in accordance with the provisions set forth above shall be null and void ab initio. A Party making any assignment shall promptly notify the other Party of such assignment, regardless of whether consent is required. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT The scope of services of this Assignment shall be completed no later than August 31, 2023, unless terminated earlier as provided in Section 3.2 of the Agreement. The schedule is subject to adjustments for possible time extension; however, any extension of time must be approved by the TFC and shall require an amendment to Assignment No. 1.

  • DEED OF ASSIGNMENT/TRANSFER Upon full payment of the TPP and subject to the consent (if applicable) being obtained by the Purchaser from the Developer/Proprietor and other relevant authorities and further subject to Clause 8.2 hereof, the Assignee/Bank and the Purchaser shall observe the following:-

  • A ssignment Contractor shall not assign any interest in this Agreement and shall not transfer any interest in the same without the prior written consent of County except that claims for money due or to become due Contractor from County under this Agreement may be assigned by Contractor to a bank, trust company, or other financial institution without such approval. Written notice of any such transfer shall be furnished promptly to County. Any attempt at assignment of rights under this Agreement except for those specifically consented to by both parties or as stated above shall be void.

  • Supplemental Contracts A. Supplemental duties shall be defined as those duties which are performed during time in excess of the work day, work week, work year, or in addition to the employee’s regular duties. Employees performing supplemental duties shall be issued written, individual, limited contracts that include:

  • Notice of Assignment Upon its receipt of a duly executed and completed Assignment Agreement, together with the processing and recordation fee referred to in Section 10.6(d) (and any forms, certificates or other evidence required by this Agreement in connection therewith), Administrative Agent shall record the information contained in such Assignment Agreement in the Register, shall give prompt notice thereof to Company and shall maintain a copy of such Assignment Agreement.
