Supplier Developed Advances. If Supplier develops or implements technological advances in or changes to the business processes and services and associated technologies used to provide the same or substantially similar services to other Supplier customers or Supplier develops or implements new or enhanced processes, services, software, tools, products or methodologies to be offered to such customers (collectively, “New Advances”), Supplier shall, subject to Section 11.5 and its contractual obligations to its other customers, (i) offer Kraft the opportunity to serve as a pilot customer in connection with the implementation of such New Advances; and (ii) if [ * * * ], offer [ * * * ] preferred [ * * * ] and the [ * * * ] to be [ * * * ] of the [ * * * ] to implement and receive the [ * * * ] of any [ * * * ].
Supplier Developed Advances. If Supplier develops technological advances or changes Supplier’s systems used to provide the same or substantially similar services to other Supplier customers or Supplier develops new or enhanced processes, services, software, tools, products or methodologies that are or will be commercially offered to such customers (collectively, “New Advances”), Supplier shall, subject to Section 11.5, consider ABM for (i) the opportunity to serve as a pilot customer in connection with the implementation of such New Advances; and (ii) if ABM declines such opportunity, the opportunity to be among the first of the Supplier customer base to implement and receive the benefits of any New Advances.
Supplier Developed Advances. If Supplier develops or implements technological advances in, or changes to, the processes and services and associated technologies used by Supplier to provide the same or substantially similar services utilized by County to other Supplier customers, or if Supplier develops or implements new or enhanced processes, services, software, tools, products, or methodologies supporting the Services used by County to be offered to customers (collectively, “New Advances”), Supplier shall provide such New Advances to County as part of the Services under this Agreement, subject to the County’s Approval, the Change Control Process, and the other terms of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, County shall receive such New Advances in connection with the Services set forth under Exhibit A.1 (Integrated Requirements FSA) and otherwise in this Agreement at no additional cost, liability, or expense.
Supplier Developed Advances. If Supplier develops technological advances in or changes to the BPO/Application business processes and services and associated technologies used to provide the same or substantially similar services or Supplier develops new or enhanced processes, services, software, tools, products or methodologies to be offered to such customers (collectively, “New Advances”), Supplier shall, subject to Section 4.4, (i) offer Allianz the opportunity TCS AZL Master Effective 1.1.2020 to serve as a pilot customer in connection with the implementation of such New Advances, and/or (ii) offer Allianz preferred access to such New Advances and the opportunity to implement and receive the benefits of any such New Advances.
Supplier Developed Advances. If Supplier develops or implements technological advances in or changes to the business processes and services and associated technologies used to provide the same or substantially similar services to other Supplier customers or Supplier develops or implements new or enhanced processes, services, software, tools, products or methodologies to be offered to such customers (collectively, “New Advances”), Supplier shall, subject to Section 11.5, (i) use commercially reasonable efforts to offer New Century the opportunity to serve as a pilot customer in connection with the implementation of such New Advances; and (ii) even if New Century declines such an opportunity, offer New Century the opportunity to be among the first of the Supplier customer base to implement and receive the benefits of any New Advances after such New Advances are made commercially available.
Supplier Developed Advances. If Supplier develops technological advances in or changes to the information technology and business processes and services and associated technologies used to provide the same or substantially similar services to other Supplier customers or Supplier develops new or enhanced processes, services, software, tools, products or methodologies to be offered to such customers (collectively, “New Advances”), Supplier shall, subject to Section 4.3 and Exhibit 6 and Supplier’s non- disclosure obligations under other customer contracts, (i) offer Ascension Health the opportunity to serve as a pilot customer in connection with the implementation of such New Advances; and (ii) if Ascension Health declines such opportunity, offer Ascension Health preferred access to such New Advances and the opportunity to be among the first of the Supplier customer base to implement and receive the benefits of any New Advances. (e) Included in Charges. Supplier shall deploy, implement, maintain and support Technology and Business Process Evolution and New Advances and such Technology and Business Process Evolution and New Advances shall be included in the Charges except as set forth in the applicable Supplement or to the extent such implementation constitutes a New Service. 9.13
Supplier Developed Advances. If Supplier develops or implements new or enhanced processes, services, software, tools, products or methodologies to be offered to its general customer base (collectively, “New Advances”), Supplier shall, subject to Section 11.5, and any limitations under Supplier’s other agreements, (i) offer Triad the opportunity to serve as a pilot customer in connection with the implementation of such New Advances; and (ii) if Triad declines such opportunity, offer Triad access to such New Advances and the opportunity to be among the first of the Supplier customer base to implement and receive the benefits of any New Advances.
Supplier Developed Advances. If Supplier develops technological advances in or changes to the ITO business processes and services and associated technologies used to provide the same or substantially similar services to other Supplier customers or Supplier develops new or enhanced processes, services, software, tools, products or methodologies to be offered to such customers (collectively, “New Advances”), Supplier shall, subject to Section 4.4, (i) offer Hercules the opportunity to serve as a pilot customer in connection with the implementation of such New Advances; and (ii) if Hercules declines such opportunity, offer Hercules preferred access to such New Advances and the opportunity to be among the first of the Supplier customer base to implement and receive the benefits of any New Advances.
Supplier Developed Advances. If Supplier develops technological advances in or changes to the information technology and business processes and services and associated technologies used to provide the same or substantially similar services to other Supplier customers or Supplier develops new or enhanced processes, services, software, tools, products or methodologies to be offered generally to such customers (collectively, “New Advances”), Supplier shall, subject to Section 4.3 and Schedule 6, (i) where reasonably deemed appropriate by Supplier, offer CoreLogic the opportunity to *** in connection with the implementation of such New Advances; and (ii) if CoreLogic declines such opportunity, offer *** to such New Advances and the opportunity to implement and receive the benefits of any New Advances.
Supplier Developed Advances. If Supplier develops technological advances in or changes to the information technology and business processes and services and associated technologies used to provide the same or substantially similar services to other Supplier customers or Supplier develops new or enhanced processes, services, software, tools, products or methodologies to be offered to such customers (collectively, “New Advances”), Supplier shall, subject to Section 4.3 and Exhibit 6 and Supplier’s non-disclosure obligations under other customer contracts, (i) offer Ascension Health the opportunity to serve as a pilot customer in connection with the implementation of such New Advances; and (ii) if Ascension Health declines such opportunity, offer Ascension Health preferred access to such New Advances and the opportunity to be among the first of the Supplier customer base to implement and receive the benefits of any New Advances.
