Supplier Systems definition

Supplier Systems means any computer, computer network, computer application, imagingdevice, storage device, mobile computing device or software owned, leased or controlled by Supplier or operated by a third party on behalf of Supplier that uses, stores, accesses, processes or transmits Buyer Data or is connected to any computer, computer network, computer application, storage device, mobile computing device or software owned, licensed or leased by Buyer.
Supplier Systems means Supplier’s information systems, processes, facilities, applications, databases, infrastructure, platforms, and networks (a) utilised to provide the Services, (b) collecting, storing, processing, transmitting, accessing or using Bluesource Data, and/or (c) with access to, connection to, use of or otherwise interacting with Bluesource Systems.

  • Supplier and its Affiliates and Subcontractors to whom CoreLogic Data is provided shall maintain an industry standard comprehensive data security program, which shall include reasonable and appropriate technical, organizational and security measures against the destruction, loss, unauthorized access or alteration of CoreLogic Data with respect to Supplier Systems that access, process, transmit or store CoreLogic Data and CoreLogic Systems for which Supplier has operational responsibility.

More Definitions of Supplier Systems

Supplier Systems means any computer, computer network, computer application, storage device, mobile computing device, or software owned, leased, or controlled by Supplier or operated by a third-party on behalf of Supplier.
Supplier Systems means Information Systems, other than Company Systems, that are used by Supplier (including any of its agents and/or subcontractors) to collect, access, use, store, transmit or otherwise process Company Data, to interface, integrate, or otherwise connect with Company Systems, to perform Services under the Agreement. Terms not defined in this Exhibit shall have the meaning assigned to such term(s) in the Agreement.
Supplier Systems means all Software, hardware, plant, machinery, media, cabling and other equipment which is used by the Supplier, any Supplier Affiliate or their Sub-Contractors in connection with the Services excluding the HSBC Systems;
Supplier Systems means all of the information technology systems which the Supplier uses to run its business;

Supplier Systems means the Software and the Machines, collectively, used to provide the Services.
