Supplier Systems definition

Supplier Systems means Supplier’s information systems, processes, facilities, applications, databases, infrastructure, platforms, and networks (a) utilised to provide the Services, (b) collecting, storing, processing, transmitting, accessing or using Bluesource Data, and/or (c) with access to, connection to, use of or otherwise interacting with Bluesource Systems.
Supplier Systems means any computer, computer network, computer application, imagingdevice, storage device, mobile computing device or software owned, leased or controlled by Supplier or operated by a third party on behalf of Supplier that uses, stores, accesses, processes or transmits Buyer Data or is connected to any computer, computer network, computer application, storage device, mobile computing device or software owned, licensed or leased by Buyer.

  • In the case of any recognized, suspected, or attempted physical or logical breach involving the security of PSE systems that PSE reasonably suspects to be related to Supplier Systems or the usage thereof, Supplier shall cooperate with PSE’s investigation of such breach and provide PSE any mitigating controls or patches to limit related cybersecurity risk.

More Definitions of Supplier Systems

Supplier Systems means any systems and software owned or operated by or on behalf of the Supplier;
Supplier Systems means the Systems used by or on behalf of any Supplier Person in performing the Services including the Software, the Supplier equipment and related cabling; "Supplier's Background IPRs" means: (a) the following: (i) IPRs owned by any Supplier Entity before the Signature Date (including any Supplier Software); (ii) IPRs created by any Supplier Entity independently of this Agreement; and/or (iii) any modification or enhancement to any Supplier’s Background IPRs; "Supplier's Confidential Information" means (excluding in each case any Performance Information) any Data in any medium or format provided by or on behalf of the Supplier to any DCC Eco- System Entity in connection with the provision of the Services, however it is conveyed, that is any non-public, commercially proprietary or sensitive information (or materials) that relates to the business, affairs, finances, customers, employees, policies, procedures, methodologies, algorithms, trade secrets or information technologies systems and process which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential to the Supplier or any Sub-Supplier that is clearly marked as or otherwise stated to be "confidential" and all reproductions (hard copy or electronic), extracts, summaries or analyses of Supplier Confidential Information in any medium or format whether prepared by the Supplier or not;
Supplier Systems means any software, system or infrastructure owned by Morcan or its third party providers/licensors/contractors and used in the provision of a Service; Transfer Regulations means the Acquired Rights Directive 2001/23/EC (as it may be further amended, re-enacted or extended or consolidated from time to time) including in any jurisdiction (whether in the European Union or not), TUPE or any other legislation which incorporates the Acquired Rights Directive 2001/23/EC (as amended from time to time) into local law or any other legislation dealing with the transfer by operation of law of the employment of employees from one employer to another; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (as amended) and/or any other laws or regulations which replace or amend the same; Virus means any virus, worm, trojan horse, or any other software program, code or device intended to destroy, interfere with, corrupt or have a disruptive effect on programs, data or equipment, , whether or not its operation is immediate or delayed, and whether introduced wilfully, negligently or without knowledge of its existence.
Supplier Systems means Information Systems, other than Company Systems, that are used by Supplier (including any of its agents and/or subcontractors) to collect, access, use, store, transmit or otherwise process Company Data, to interface, integrate, or otherwise connect with Company Systems, to perform Services under the Agreement. Terms not defined in this Exhibit shall have the meaning assigned to such term(s) in the Agreement.
Supplier Systems means the Software and the Machines, collectively, used to provide the Services.
Supplier Systems means all of the information technology systems which the Supplier uses to run its business;
