Periodic Status Reports Clause Samples

The Periodic Status Reports clause requires one party, typically a contractor or service provider, to regularly update the other party on the progress of work or project milestones. These updates are usually delivered at set intervals, such as weekly or monthly, and may include information on completed tasks, upcoming activities, and any issues encountered. By mandating consistent communication, this clause ensures transparency, keeps all parties informed, and helps identify and address potential problems early in the project lifecycle.
