Periodic Status Reports. The Participant shall submit periodic status reports, which detail activities completed for the reporting period and those planned for the upcoming reporting period, to the Department for the duration of this Agreement. The status report shall identify any proposed variances to the approved work plan and describe interim progress on implementation of the work plan, including analytical results of any sampling, water level measurements, Site maps or photos, as appropriate. Submittal Schedule: Periodic status reports are not required.

  • Status Reports The Grantee shall submit status reports quarterly, unless otherwise specified in the Attachments, on Exhibit A, Progress Report Form, to Department’s Grant Manager describing the work performed during the reporting period, problems encountered, problem resolutions, scheduled updates, and proposed work for the next reporting period.
