SUPPLY OF CCTV EQUIPMENT ONLY. 8.1 At any time during the Contract Term, the Authority may issue a request in writing (whether electronically or in hard copy) to the Contractor for the Contractor to supply CCTV Equipment independently of any Proposed Capital Works in relation to that CCTV Equipment (a “Request for Offer”). 8.2 The form and detail included within any Request for Offer will be determined by the Authority having regard to the nature and/or volume of the CCTV Equipment in question and the associated delivery timescales and/or locations and may take the form of: 8.2.1 an email; 8.2.2 a written request for proposal accompanied by a brief specification; or 8.2.3 such other form as the Authority considers is appropriate. The Authority may also accompany a Request for Offer with an indicative and non-binding program of installation in respect of any CCTV Equipment which is the subject of a Request for Offer. 8.3 In the event that the Contractor receives such a Request for Offer: 8.3.1 the Contractor shall confirm receipt of such Request for Offer and shall submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions set out in the Request for Offer to the Authority by the date specified in the Request for Offer or, if no such date is specified, within 10 Business Days of receiving the Request for Offer. The Contractor’s proposal must remain valid for at least 90 Business Days from the date it is submitted to the Authority; 8.3.2 the Authority will evaluate any proposal received from the Contractor in accordance with the instructions set out in the relevant Request for Offer and issue a purchase order to the Contractor if the Contractor’s proposal is acceptable to the Authority (acting in its sole discretion). 8.4 Any proposed prices for CCTV Equipment submitted by the Contractor in response to a Request for Offer shall not exceed the prices which would apply to the relevant CCTV Equipment if the Contractor procured such CCTV Equipment using the Authority’s framework agreement referred to in Clause 7.6 above. When responding to a Request for Offer the Contractor shall show: 8.4.1 prices for supply of the relevant CCTV Equipment utilising the Authority’s CCTV framework (or any replacement thereof); and 8.4.2 prices for supply of the relevant CCTV Equipment utilising the Contractor’s own supply chain and/or supplying the relevant CCTV Equipment itself, provided that prices no greater than those stated in the Schedule of Rates may be used.   • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event an agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may shall be submitted to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Equipment and Tools 40.01 The Employer will make available all necessary tools and equipment it requires for the performance of work assignments at no cost to the employees. Such tools and equipment will remain the property of the Employer and the employees will be required to take reasonable care of this property and may be required to sign out certain equipment and tools.

  • Equipment and Software To use the Mobile Remote Deposit Services, you must obtain and maintain at your expense, compatible equipment and software that we may specify from time to time.

  • Equipment and Supplies Independent Contractor, at Independent Contractor's sole expense, shall provide all equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the Service.

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment maintenance (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract: 1. Repair and replacement work or increase in maintenance time as a result of damage or loss resulting from accident, casualty, neglect, misuse, or abuse if such is the State's fault (and beyond normal wear and tear), damage resulting from improper packing or failure to follow prescribed shipping instruction (If such is done by the State), failure of electrical power, air conditioning or humidity control, use of supplies not approved by the original manufacturer of the Equipment as describe or included in the Contractor's proposal, or causes other than ordinary use of Equipment. 2. All information necessary for the State to perform the maintenance, including but not limited to logic diagrams, maintenance manuals and system and unit schematics with all changes noted. 3. A listing of spare parts and their recommended replacement schedule that will enable the State to create a centralized inventory of spare parts.
