SURVIVAL BONUS PRIZE. The Survival Bonus Prize will be awarded to the first Team that claims the Grand Prize or Second Place Prize and successfully operates its Craft or a secondary vehicle on two separate lunar days, performing the Mission Requirements detailed in Section 4 (Mission Requirements) of this document on one lunar day, and a separate set of Survival Bonus Mission Requirements on a subsequent lunar day. These Survival Bonus Mission Requirements include: • Transmission of a Survival Mooncast including: o Panoramic photograph or photographs to yield a full 360º view of the location of the Craft or secondary vehicle that survived the lunar night, centered on or about the horizon and with a vertical dimension of no less than 60º; o A minimum of one (1) portrait image of the Craft or any secondary vehicle that survived the lunar night, containing a substantial and recognizable portion of the Craft or secondary vehicle; and o A minimum of one image which clearly and recognizably includes the complete Logo Cluster. • Transmission of an additional XPF data set aside, totaling no more than one (1) megabyte, to be provided by XPF along with the data set aside described in Section 4.3.4 (XPF Set Asides), and including: o One (1) video, provided by XPF, sent as the first pre-recorded video message to be delivered from the surface of the Moon after surviving the lunar night; o One (1) email, provided by XPF, sent as the first email to be delivered from the surface of the Moon after surviving the lunar night; and o One (1) text message, provided by XPF, sent as the first text message to be delivered from the surface of the Moon after surviving the lunar night. • Delivery to the lunar surface of an additional one hundred (100) grams of payload, to be provided by XPF along with the XPF Payload described in Section 4.5 (Payload). Technical drawings and specifications of the XPF Payload item or items will be provided to Team no later than April 15, 2011.

SURVIVAL BONUS PRIZE. The value of the Survival Bonus Prize described in Section 5.4 (Survival Bonus Prize) shall be $2,000,000 (two million U.S. Dollars), unless other Bonus Prize purses have previously been claimed. In such a case, the value of the Survival Bonus Prize would depend on the remaining Bonus Prize funds, as described in Section 2.3 (Bonus Prizes).

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Performance Bonus If Employee's employment is terminated by Employee with cause, or by Bank without cause, Employee shall be paid, in addition to the amounts payable under Sections 3.5 and 3.6 of the Agreement: (i) all non-forfeitable deferred compensation, if any; and (ii) unpaid performance bonus payments, if any, payable under Section 4.2 of the Agreement, which shall be declared earned and payable based upon performance up to, and shall be pro-rated as of, the date of termination. Employee shall not be entitled to such unpaid performance bonus payments if Employee's employment is terminated by Bank with cause, or by Employee without cause.

  • Bonus Payments In addition to Base Salary, Executive shall be entitled, during the Employment Term, to participate in and receive payments from all bonus and other incentive compensation plans (as currently in effect, as modified from time to time, or as subsequently adopted) of the Company; provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall grant Executive the right to continue in any bonus or other incentive compensation plan following its discontinuance by the Board (except to the extent Executive had earned or otherwise accumulated vested rights therein prior to such discontinuance).

  • Bilingual Bonus A seven percent (7%) bilingual bonus will be paid to those employees who in the performance of their duties are required by the Employer to use the second official language on a regular and consistent basis.

  • Further Competition Award Criteria 1. Where a Contracting Body may require Suppliers to develop proposals or a solution in respect of its Statement of Requirements or need to amend or refine the terms of the Call-Off Contract to reflect its Statement of Requirements to the extent permitted by and in accordance with applicable laws (including procurement laws and all necessary guidance), the following criteria shall be applied to the Services set out in the Framework Service Providers' compliant tenders submitted through the Further Competition Procedure:

  • Bonus The Executive shall be eligible for Bonuses determined by the Board.

  • Longevity Bonus Effective 2005, twenty (20) years of continuous service, an employee will receive a longevity bonus of seven hundred dollars ($700.00) per year, payable in one lump sum by the second pay period following the employee's anniversary date.

  • Performance while Dispute is Pending Notwithstanding the existence of a dispute, the Supplier must continue without delay to carry out all of its responsibilities under the Contract that are not affected by the dispute. If the Supplier fails to continue without delay to perform its responsibilities under the Contract, in the accomplishment of all undisputed work, the Supplier will bear any additional costs incurred by Sourcewell and/or its Participating Entities as a result of such failure to proceed.

  • Incentive Awards a) The Executive shall participate in the Company's annual incentive plan for senior-level executives as in effect from time to time, subject to the performance standards set by the Compensation Committee. Payment of any annual incentive award shall be made at the same time that such awards are paid to other senior-level executives of the Company. The Executive's annual incentive award target shall be set by the Compensation Committee.
