Other Bonus. If the Employee is eligible to receive a non-discretionary or other type of commission-based compensation, then it will be described on Appendix 1.
Other Bonus. Notwithstanding Section 3(b) of the Agreement, lump sum cash bonuses payable to Employee or stock option grants may from time-to-time be authorized by the Board, the Compensation Committee of the Board or the Company s Chief Executive Officer at their sole discretion.
Other Bonus. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to discretionary bonuses in the form of shares of the Company's common stock as decided from time to time by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, based on Executive's contribution to the Company's success.
Other Bonus. Employee will also be eligible for such cash or stock bonuses, stock options and other incentives for meeting or exceeding profit goals and objectives as shall be determined in their discretion by the Company's President and CEO and/or its Board of Directors.

Other Bonus. Based upon MFI's performance and Executive's individual performance and at the sole discretion of MFI's Board of Directors, Executive shall be eligible for a bonus for the year ended December 31, 2000, consistent with the provisions and goals set by MFI's Board of Directors for such bonus year, and shall be entitled to participate in other stock and bonus compensation programs and arrangements of MFI for such year, in each case, on a basis comparable to that available to other officers of MFI with similar responsibilities and duties.
Other Bonus. Employee will be entitled to participate in such other bonus plans that Employer may, in its sole discretion, make generally available to senior management of Employer.
Other Bonus. Pursuant to Section 5(b) of the Original Agreement, the Company agreed to pay Employee a bonus in the aggregate amount of $150,000, payable in four equal installments of $37,500. Of that amount, the Company has paid Employee $75,000. The remaining portion of such bonus will be paid in two equal installments of $37,500 on the first payroll date following August 11, 2011 and November 11, 2011, respectively, subject to Employee’s continued employment on each such payment date (or in the case of the payment of the final installment only, on November 11, 2011).
Other Bonus. In addition to the Incentive Bonus provided in Section 2.01 (B), the Employee shall also be entitled to participate in a manner as determined by the Board of Directors in any executive bonus program for executive employees presently or hereinafter adopted by the Company. The Employee shall also be entitled to receive such additional bonus compensation as determined by the Board of Directors, including participation in any Incentive Stock Option plans now existing or hereinafter adopted by the Company. The Incentive Bonus and the Additional Bonus shall be collectively referred to as ("Bonus"). Except for Incentive Stock Options, Employee shall not be entitled to receive any Bonus for calendar year 1997.
Other Bonus. The Board of Directors may, at is discretion, grant performance bonuses to Executive based on outstanding performance.
