Suspension or Dismissal. 12.01 A claim by the Union that an Employee has been suspended or dismissed without reasonable cause shall be treated as a grievance provided a written statement of such grievance signed by the grievor and authorized Union Xxxxxxx is lodged with the Employer within five (5) working days of the commencement of the suspension or dismissal. Any such grievance shall be initiated at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.
