Taking Compensatory Time Off. The Building Principal has the right to enforce the language contained in this provision without adhering to prior decisions or past practice. No more than three (3) employees shall be permitted to take compensatory time off/paid personal leave on the same day. When a requested day creates the absence of more than four (4) employees, such request will not be permitted. Employees shall have the right to request five (5) consecutive days of compensatory time off/paid personal leave but the five (5) days cannot be used during the first five (5) days of the student school year nor during the last five (5) days of the student school year. Compensatory time off may only be taken in day units.
