Taking of Vacation Leave. All vacation leave earned may be taken at the request of the employee upon approval of his/her immediate supervisor with due regard to both the employee and the needs of the Employer.

Taking of Vacation Leave. All vacation leave earned may be taken at the request of the employee upon approval of his/her immediate supervisor with due regard to both the employee and the needs of the Employer. Vacation leave less than one full day in duration shall be taken at a minimum of two (2) hours at the beginning or end of a piece of work and the beginning or end of a run at either the Longview Transit Center of Xxxxx Train Station. Time charged for vacation leave shall be recorded to the nearest on-tenth (.10) of an hour.
