TAXES AND TARIFFS. Any additional tax, levy, rate, assessment, surcharge or duty of any nature whatsoever, imposed or sanctioned by the country of import will be for the Buyer’s account. Any and all sales taxes imposed by any jurisdiction is the responsibility of the Buyer.

TAXES AND TARIFFS. Any taxes and tariffs imposed by federal, state or other governmental authority on the sale, use, manufacture, import, export, or processing of the goods referred to herein, or on the material and services used therein, may be added to Seller’s invoices and shall be paid by Buyer in addition to the quoted prices, unless Buyer furnishes Seller with appropriate exemption certificates.
